Kohl's

I was in Kohls this morning for Black Friday!! Great sales! I left a bag in my cart and went home without it I called store when I got home and someone found it ! They had it waiting for me at the register! Great job Kohls team!!!! You guys rock!!! Have a great Thanksgiving!!!!

Excellent expérience. Pleasant and efficient workers, customer service was excellent on returns - they worked for me. I will go back many times.

Every employee was working, putting away merchandise, restocking, helping customers.
Helpful while shopping with getting me logged in to wi-fi to beable to order products on line and free delivery to store.
Everything I bought was clearly marked with the sale prices and was checked out at that price.
Hillary at the check out , guided me thru all the coupons and price checking items I wasn’t sure about. All the while smiling and cheerful.

Found what I needed and went thru the checkout with Jennifer. She was very friendly and answered a question we had. The store has reorganized and was nice and easy to find what I needed.

Customer service is great. Store is clean. I absolutely love that kohls cash & coupons can be combined with one purchase.

I used the self checkout at the Crystal Lake Kohls just to try it out. It was very easy and there was someone there to help. I think everyone should try it at least once. The associates working there are very nice!

I have been a customer at Kohl's for almost 40 years, I am so happy to see the renovation and the items. Prices and sales always great.

Found exactly what I needed. As I said recently, they have a new design. A lot of stuff has moved around. Pick-up is now in the front of the store. Departments have moved locations. They also now have self-checkout.

Kohl's Crystal Lake, assisted by Donna B., who was quite helpful because I forgot my card at home, since I came for a store pickup and decided on a couple of impulse buys. Donna followed protocol to look up my card and checked me out with a smile.

This kohls is one of the cleanest well laid out stores. Staff very helpful!! Alexx the manager was so kind. she is awesome ! Connor in shoes was awesome as well. Thanks guys

Alexxa took care of me at Sephora. She was very knowledgeable, and very personable. She listened and took very good care of me.

Electric carts would be helpful. Had to use wheelchair.

This store is very clean and organized, I love how they have scanners all around the store so you can scan you own items without having to always get a price check at the cashiers. Employees are super helpful and nice.

The Kohl’s in Crystal Lake, Illinois is a large, well maintained store with an extensive selection of merchandise. I have found the store employees to be courteous and helpful. My visit to the store today was for the purpose of returning a purchase to Amazon. Kohl’s is a drop off point for Amazon returns. The Kohl’s Amazon returns area was staffed today by a young man who was courteous and efficient. The entire process took less than a minute and I was done.

I don't come here often but when I do, I know I will find the clothes I need. The husband and I stopped in looking for clothes for our daughter's wedding. We found exactly what we needed for both of us which was a big load off my mind. This is what keeps me coming back. When we went to the checkout, the line was extremely long but was moving along very quickly. They had someone feeding people in to open registers which kept things flowing. The cashier was in good spirits and helpful.

They really have to stop sending me coupons!! The more I spend, the more Kohl's cash I earn. Then I have to shop even more!! Especially with the sales, you can't go wrong. This trip, I spent my time in the beauty section. The discounts and clearance items were too good to pass up!! I scored a couple Pixie eyeliners for 60% off. Even at their regular price, they were less expensive than Target. I found a really cute pair of Vera Wang dangling earrings that were 40% off and I was able to use a 25% off coupon. I found a Kaboodle. Who knew that they still made them?! Of course I HAD to have one!! A glitter one too!! It was a lot more than I remember but I had a coupon. And a home for some of my new treasures and for the ones that I'm going to find eventually.

I like Kohl's and improvements they are trying to make to look better. It is hard to stay competitive with so many store closing and moving to online sales. In addition I like that they included Amazon returns on their stores which is a good strategic move for them and for me is a convenience.This time I went to do a quick Amazon return and in exchange I got $5.00 in store coupon, sometimes you get 15% or 25% off to use, so I stopped by jewelry section and got myself hair bands I was looking for and with Kohl's 30% coupon I ended up paying $2. DEAL!
While at the cash register I had nice conversation with their very nice and extremely helpful associate Aisha, who showed me how to use Kohl's app on my phone.

I’m s little late on this review so I am sorry. I came into the CL store to buy a vacuum. I go to checkout and Michael E. the cashier that day, he was beyond nice, helpful, and patient for waiting for me to get the couple coupons I had that I wanted to apply to my purchase. Please make sure to tell Michael he is a great employee and he needs to continue what he is doing being positive and kind! Great job Michael!
