Well, nice and not so cheap. But still very good prices, the store very clean and the employees very friendly, the only bad thing is that they have no variation of clocks, there were only 3, the clothes were very piled up and very little variety of products. But for Christmas decoration, great they have many beautiful things. Mask required !!

Amazing new location and Annette is so helpful in Men's clothing. Absolutely fantastic employee. She is a gem!

Prices are reasonable. Pretty good selection of clothes and other stuff. Staff is Friendly and will help you if needed. Check out is pretty quick.

I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .

I never knew how much stuff I needed (but didn't really need lol) until I went into this store today too kill time and buy 1 pair of socks...$90 later....🤦‍♀🤣😊

Great customer service by Julie in the Jewelry department. Store was organized and neat. Sharon my cashier was very friendly.

Excellent experience - struck up a genuine and ultimately enjoyable conversation with the jewelery attendant. Sales floor staff were friendly & all seemed to have a smile on their faces. Especially given being New Year's Day - Great shop experience. My wife and I had received a fantasic price on some new socks! Thank you TJ Maxx, while we are not a frequent shopper of such stores - it was very pleasant over all. Keep up the good work.

Been a long time Tj-Maxx shopper and this location fails me! They always have a great selection and all the workers are so friendly. This past weekend I was taken care of by the sweetest worker at the register, I believe her name tag read Nicole and she made my return eezy-peezy!! I will be coming back to the Crystal Lake location very soon.

They always have good deals on brand name items and I end up saving a few bucks. The thrill of it is you never know what you're gonna find! It's a good impulse buy store.

Love coming here for all my shopoholic needs. They have such great prices! I go in looking for a sweater and come out with a bottle of perfume, a bedspread and some wine glasses💓 FORGET that sweater!!!!

Clean store, friendly staff. Always crowded, but they have a good selection of items. The store is always stocked with new items. I find more at this location than the McHenry location.

It was really good today I'm happy to see Dad it's now getting back to where it used to be they had much better selection of clothes and everything else last year it was horrible but today was really good found what I wanted very happy

The new store is in a better lot with a better setup. Always a good place to get discounted clothes and house needs. Great deals, friendly staff.
