Roy and his workers are hard working professionals. They demonstrated expertise in recommending a new heating and boiler system and installed it when promised, even working late into the evenings to make sure it was finished in time for company arriving over the busy holiday season. The price seemed fair and he was willing to meet with propane supply company to arrange for citing of the fuel tanks and even provided his own temporary tank when the supplier was unable to do so for several weeks.

Roy did a great job remodeling my 2nd floor bathroom. Instead of just putting a band-aid on our problem, he replaced all the plumbing from basement to the roof vent stack.
He seems to genuinely care, and went the extra mile without cutting corners. Awesome guy, I'll definitely be calling again.

I contacted RJ'S Plumbing & Heating after contacting several other local companies. Nobody was able to do anything for a few days,some of the companies never returned phone calls & some never even answered the phone. This was my first phone call ever to RJ's & it was after normal business hours around 7:45pm on a Friday Night. He(RJ) answered on the first ring I told him one of my properties in Plattsburgh was having issues with the sewage pump that flushes the toilet. He said he would be there in 40 minutes coming from Champlain. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, pricing & quality workmanship. They also do electrical work & anything to with residential/commercial properties. I know now that my "GO-TO" guys are RJ's Plumbing & Heating. I
recommend anyone that is in need of these services to get in touch with this great company.

RJ is outstanding at what he does! We recently had our master bathroom renovated and he did all the plumbing. During this process our furnace stopped working on two separate occasions! Even though this was unrelated to the bathroom plumbing job, RJ was out immediately. I feel very confident referring him to any friends and family needing heating, plumbing or contractor work. He prides himself on great client service and he proved it!

*Elfee, our kids elf, recently came back from the North Pole! During one of RJ's visits when we weren't home, he created quite the painting scene with Elfee and our kids loved it! Who takes the time to do this?! RJ and his crew. Thank you!

Roy came and installed my water heater. He was very professional and polite. His work was clean and efficient. I would recommend him to anybody!

Roy came to my house to fix a busted pipe and install a water heater. Very professional,great rates. Very clean as well.

I had an appointment and they didn't show up. I called and he said the secretary should have called me to reschedule my appointment. I received no phone call. He said he would be there the next day at the same time. No show again. I called and got the secretary this time. She said she would have him call me with an ETA. Never heard from him. The secretary called me back to say she couldn't find my job in the system, Roy wasn't around and could they come another time. I told her no. I have found someone else. Very unreliable.

Terrible service I had to get a second company to make the repair. They did it in 30 minutes. Had to replace the faulty shower cartridge put in by R&J Plumbers, water leaked for 14 days. Had to keep water off to house for 7 days. They started the job on Dec 24, 2020 and new company completed it 08 Jan 2021. R&J did a terrible job and then did not show up to complete the repair. Use some one else if professional service is what you want..

They called me randomly for an appointment and never called them. I asked if it was about JCEO weatherization program just got approved for they said yes and later came to house to do evaluation ..came and had no clue what to evaluate. Yah because weren't through them at all!! Later said would be total of 10,000$ for total bathroom remodel ..all I said was part of floor was bad. Yah if you need business not the way to do it. Not impressed!!!

Call and schedule an appointment, says he would be to us by 2pm. No show, we waited over 3 hours. Call the office, and they apologize and say they guarantee they will be there the next day at Noon. Guess what no show, we call again. He says he will be here in 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes, he finally got here we did not let him in. We hired someone else.

Totally unprofessional company. They said they would be at my site around 5pm and never showed up. Never called me back or anything. They wouldn’t answer my phone calls and actually declined them. I’m actually glad no one showed up, because that lack of common courtesy demonstrates everything I need to know about their character and lack of skill.
