Daneil was so kind and helpful! Usually pharmacy techs are stressed and irritated so it was really refreshing seeing someone look genuinely happy to help.

Great store. Great pharmacy. Got my covid booster. Clean store. The pharmacy is very busy and overwhelmed yet treated all with dignity and respect. Be patient please. Make an appointment online or call the 800 number first. You cannot walk in for any vaccines including flu shots. Be prepared and fill out the paperwork from the Website FIRST. Otherwise you will have to take the time to do it at your appointment time and will be waiting needlessly.

The friendliest staff ever!! I have gone a few times to get my medication and pick up small stuff here and there and every time the staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have a great assortment of candy (they were the only place in Plattsburgh with sour skittles for a while). Great place to go if you need to pick up your prescription or some small first aid items.

Everytime I go there the staff and the pharmacists are always super polite and always greet me. The store is always very clean and well organized. When I call ahead my script is always ready. If it's busy and there's a long line, I leave and come back another time when it's less busy just like when I go to restaurants or any other establishment. If I can't wait then that's my problem, not the store.

The only real pharmacy & drugstore in Plattsburgh!!! Only place I use now.

Most Walgreens stores are well lit with wide isles and good selection of products.

Walgreen's is my new go to pharmacy/store . They have some pretty neat items u can't find at the other drug stores. I highly recommend shopping at Walgreen's!

Love this Walgreens. Ladies at the front are always helpful and the store manager always has an answer to any question.

Went to pick up a few things and get photos copied. They were very helpful on showing us how to do.
