First time visitor and loved the store. The owners are great!! Worth a visit.

Maybe it's crazy, but I have been trying to rent a home for over a month, and my friend found this shop and dragged me inside. The vibe was very comfortable and the woman who helped us treated us like old friends. I asked for a stone that would help me with good luck in real estate, and she suggested green Adventurine. She told me that I had to have good intentions. I bought a few and she gave me a tiny sack for my green stones. This was at 2:51pm. When I checked my mail later, I had received a message from my realtor that a woman wanted to see the house. She just rented it at $2K over asking. Who does that? That message had arrived at 2:59pm! I will definitely be back!

Great Place and the Customer service is Outstanding!! Very knowledgeable about all crystals in the shop! Sarah is great help! She even break down the characteristics of the gemstones. And she does reading! My first reading was very accurate and eye opening! Highly recommend!

Stopped in Monday to get some holiday shopping ideas! What a beautiful place! We will be back!

I can't even give this shop enough stars! My sister and I visited from Massachusetts over the weekend and this was our favorite store! I wish we got the names of the absolutely amazing, friendly, & knowledgeable women that were working on Saturday afternoon. We love them and their vibes! The crystal selection is awesome, very unique pieces. And some local handmade items as well. We always love that. If you're into crystals stop on by and absorb some positive energy :)

I can not say enough great things about this shop. The selection of items is amazing and the staff are by far the most knowledgeable and kind people I have ever encountered. I went in today to buy a book & picked an Oracle card at the register as I do on every trip. The woman that was working was amazing in interpreting my cards . She was so spot on I left in tears...happy tears. So if you see this thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

First time me an my fiance has shown up at this amazing place I've never been there before so I was amazed an meeting kitty was amazing to talk too and we decided to buy some stuff for us. Loved the energy in the store an kitty as well like I said it was amazing an loved being there looking around all the amazing stones an birthstones an everything else. So we both have decided it is the one best place we can go to for we both are looking for when we can afford it. Hope to be there again an again. Hope this review is good.

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful little gem store in downtown Plattsburgh. Not only is the owner super welcoming and so nice, she also has a ton of knowledge and is very helpful in helping you find what you are looking for!. She was more than kind to my daughter and I and I can promise you that I will be going back 100%. The store has great energy and very reasonably priced. I can't wait to go back! And I would recommend this store to anyone!!!!

My sister's and I visited the Emporium today and had a wonderful time. We were greeted by Mercedes who was very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.
All 3 of us had questions and all staff came to our aid as we asked about products. We have said we would return especially when the tea we purchased runs out!

5 stars simply isn't enough to describe how amazing this shop is! Fantastic selections, wonderful vibes and genuinely some of the most amazing people I've ever met. Probably the best shop I've been to and I can't wait to visit again next time I'm in the area.

I went in with a vauge idea of things to look for around noon today. As soon as I walked in I was greated by two lovely people who quickly asked if there was anything I was looking for. I told them I was looking for self-care and mental health related balancing agents. They got to work recommending me crystals and insences that may resonate with me and my issues. We began talking about my struggles and connecting to the crystals. As soon as my hand touched some of them, the pink calcite and the calligraphy stone, I felt an instant warmth and peace.
Overall this shop is amazing! The atmosphere and the workers are gorgeous, friendly and so very welcoming! I absolutely adore coming in here. Today was especially moving given the level of care and precision these wonderful humans made for me 🥺❤.

It was beautiful in the store and the help was amazing. The woman in there was very nice and had no problem telling me about everything I had questions with. I had an amazing time walking around and can’t wait to go back!

This Gem and crystal shop is just a magical place! I just love being the Reiki master that can provide energy healing! I can cleanse chakras, give ionic foot detoxes, a fast and easy way to detox your entire body. I love giving and getting the fabulous card readings that are available within the shop! All of the workshops and activities are just so wonderful and engaging for the community. There is a little something there for everyone. From crystals, stones, jewelry, sage bundles, candles, oracle/tarot cards, delicious teas, coloring books, pendulums, the wonderful variety of herbs, the incense and even a self love section of bath products! Just walking in makes you feel like a whole new person. You leave feeling magical! Love all the people there!
