Very good products ( see photo of awesome wrap. ) Other cool non-food items like this Buddha and these giggly head toys. Visited twice ~ second time had enjoyable interaction with staff, sending them good vibes 👍💕

The Co-op is one of my favorite places to shop in Plattsburgh. It's community focused, and worth a visit everytime I'm downtown. I love their vitamin section, and local produce, maple syrup, dairy and sauerkraut. I've been trying to cut down on plastic and the bulk section is wonderful. I bring in my empty jars and have them weighed and then fill them. So easy. They have a nice gift section, and the food made in house is delicious as well!

I’m so happy that Plattsburgh has such a great health food store. The smoothie bar is a fantastic addition where you can get a dairy free smoothie with plant proteins. I love the list of superfood additives and gluten free options, too. A wonderful selection with friendly staff!

North Country Food Co-Op, went above an beyond to help me with finding the specific thing I needed. Very kind workers here, and so many items for your health, as well as items made locally, and from like minded individuals. 100% recommended.

Your one stop shop for all things natural and organic. Fantastic store to find all of your pantry staples in bulk prices (save on packaging, and on money!) Being a co op, it is owned by the community and its members. Friendly staff, healthy food, and a local gem.

A downtown gem. Beautiful store with an excellent choice of local, Vermont, and beyond products including kombucha and CBD infused cold brew on tap! Love their bulk section and also grab & go cooler.

This is a must go for me. It has unique items for food and personal care, and it's takeaway case always has delicious and nutritious food. I always go in for one thing and leave with twenty.

I have never had a bad experience here. They have a ton of options for people with various dietary restrictions(including the best variety of vegan options in town), great local organic produce and baked goods, a pretty big bulk section, and even a good beauty/hygiene section. Everyone is super friendly and if they dont know something they will find out for you.

These guys are always cheerful and ready to help! We've been able to find hard-to-get items here, and what they don't have, they can order. The selection of local products rivals that of local markets in some ways, so I'd rather pay the extra to support our neighbors and local vendors prior to the chains!

Also products by weight. Easy to find . Walkable from downtown shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Come browse.

Awesome place for quality products. Skip the grocery store and check here. From organic foods to handmade soap, this place has a little bit of everything. Check the cooler for great tasting wraps and salads during your visit.

Our co-op is the best little co-op in upstate New York. The staff is knowlegable, friendly, and helpful. The food is delicious and fresh. I have been a member for, I can't remember... ....Been at least 30 years. This is where i purchase my staples, my brown rice, tea, and of course, my organic instant oatmeal. Our NC Co-op is a member operated grocery. It is as much a part of the City of Plattsburgh's spirit as the Saranac River which weaves down from the Adirondacks, through the city, and out past the co-op to Lake Champlain. Do drop in, you won't be disappointed.

Great food coop with tasty and healthy wraps and salads to go

I absolutely love North Country Food Co-op... Not just for the local produce, but for the staff as well. They are all very kind and patient, willing to assist you in any fashion. I personally love the selection of coffees! I switched over to Cardinal Cash, as I am a student at SUNY Plattsburgh, simply because I could spend it at the Co-op rather than support Chartwells.

Great organic, natural health options, organic fruits and veggies,bilk spices, coffee, smoothie bar and vegan deli to go! Staff are friendly and super helpful.

Ecological products and everything well-organized

Currently going through a lot of renovations to improve the store. Lots of vegetables from local farms. Lots of great natural and organic products at some of the lowest prices in town. Great bulk section with a huge bulk spice department.
