Karen is one of the most efficient and friendly individuals you will meet. She is professional and has amazing follow through. Even though Allstate is a large company, Karen has a gift of making you feel like you matter. She knows her clients and she has always gone above and beyond to keep us informed and offers help when you have questions. Karen is the type of agent who knows how to build and KEEP her clientele. Do not settle for anything less. This agency is one of the best you will ever find. It is nice to know she is there for us when needed and we are always assisted with sincerity and knowledge for all our insurance needs.

Karen Wright has been my agent for over several years and her professionalism and knowledge is superior! She is also a genuinely caring person and has helped me me navigate two instances where two different vehicles of mine have been damaged by other vehicles and drivers who did not notify the incidents.
