Very nice room for an affordable older motel.

Very clean, seemed recently refurbished, everything worked.

Excellent location to drive to downtown Portsmouth, NH in just a few minutes.

This was a stop on the way to our destination. I was looking at price, cleanliness, breakfast and reviews. As a bonus, staff was friendly and hotel quiet.

This was a very pleasant motel that I would highly recommend , the staff was very friendly and helpful if I'm ever in Kittery Maine again I would definitely stay here .

Girl working at desk..... so kind and helpful! Rooms are very clean, and comfortable! Beds are clean, sink and mirror in bathroom very clean! Great job management and team! We drove a long way, how nice to need a quick place to stay for one night, and have a wonderful visit!

My husband and I have been on the road for days. We were HANGRY, tired and nearly killing each other. We decide to cut our day short, saw this hotel and pulled in. Kelly at the front desk was AMAZING! She made sure we had a great room, had a corkscrew for my wine (stupidly didn't have one) and was in general the best thing that happened today for us today. Then we went to our room. It was welcomingly cool, clean and big. We were able to park both our vehicles and trailer/campers where we can see them. In general we are beyond happy with our experience and especially Kelly!

I had an issue with the refrigerator. Went to the front desk. The Manager came immediately & fixed the issue. The choice of breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous. The room was also well organized.

Beds are clean and comfortable and it turned out two queen bed room was cheaper than a room with just one bed. This was better because there were two extra sets of everything like coffee, shower towels, pillows etc. It was quiet and with the shades closed it was dark and cozy I slept like a baby.

I had such a positive experience with the front desk and the hotel manager. Not only are they friendly and provide amazing service to all the hotel guests they are so patient!! My booking got messed up (booked on line with AMEX travel....nothing to do with the hotel) and the hotel management literally spent hours with me working out the refund and helping though all the details. We didn't even end up staying there in the end, eventhough we wish we could have. It's nice that there are still such honest people in this world.

Great staff and great location for a great price. Only minutes away from the trading post and downtown Portsmouth and the traditional York experience is only a quick 15m away, so you really get the whole package here. Laundry access here for longer stays and an ok pool situation, mostly because it's usually never got people there so you can get it to yourself if you're lucky.

The staff is very friendly, provided assistances and recommendations for locate dining and directions. I'm constantly traveling for work staying at many hotels and it's hotels such as this one that make it enjoyable. It's a place that I rest my head after long working hours and greeted by friendly smiles. It's the perfect place that has many of the local foods, shops, and historical site within short driving distance. A plus is it's close to the Naval Ship yard.

My daughter, her boyfriend and I spent 5 days at this Ramada for the 3rd year in a row. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is nice and the indoor pool is a big hit with the the young ones. I can always count on this Ramada for happy memories.

Never got to stay...I didn't notice on the site that the indoor pool is only seasonal 😥 I had my 10 yr.old grandson with me and depended on it for an activity. The manager was very apologetic and refunded my charge. Then he helped me to get into another room elsewhere.I give 5 stars for customer service and will be staying when the pool opens 😁

Our room was great it was a real nice place very clean easy to get food right down the street I only stayed one night for my daughter's graduation I would recommend this place to anybody who needs to stay for a few days or a week or how long you want to stay it's a great place the people that work there amazing I wish all hope hotels will like that some places I've been to people are kind of rude this place the service was 100% unbelievable and I would recommend it again to anybody who needs a place to go for a couple days or a week

Rooms were less than clean but they still offer smoking rooms so no complaints from me!
Front desk chick was super cute and incredibly accommodating!

The hotel is 60ish style ,but very cleaned,friendly staff,they do offer internet ,a bit slow but it works and they do have a indoor pool ,I'll didn't use ,I just don't like pools ,overroll ,I will come back and stay again at the ramada.

Booked an appointment for a great rate!! Owner honored the appointment and seems to be very shrewd. They have been very accommodating and I would highly recommend others to book in advance for the most cost effective price.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. There is a convenience store right out back if you need something quick and lots of great restaurants within a mile.

Very good place to stay clean rooms and very friendly staff there is an Irving right next door like 400 feet away very convenient 😀 I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel

You get what you pay for, great deal. Not the most modern of places but for the small 129.99 a night you can’t go wrong! You don’t come to Maine to sit in the hotel all day!!
