Excellent little market that has everything you need except meats (to be found next door at Carl's Meat Market). The selection is limited but high quality.

From Nova Scotia, looking for some fresh produce to snack on and prepare while I'm here. Googled fresh produce Kittery and got the Golden Harvest, checked out the reviews , and I was there! Beautiful salad bar, salad for lunch😋 Beautiful, apples, clementines, green beans and broccoli for snacking. Great service and very polite attentive staff.
I will be stopping by annually when I roll through!. Thank you.

This is the best produce market in southern Maine. You will not be disappointed. Recently changed ownership hoping it stays great or gets even better. Best to new owner.

We absolutely love this place for our fruits and veggies or a quick stop if we forgot anything we needed for dinner ingredients! The best part about it is there's the most delicious salad bar available during the week!

Best green grocer ever! They have EVERYTHING and it's fresh with a great selection. Try the Bulgarian feta. It's fabulous. Love this place.

I kept driving by this place until one day, I stopped to check it out. Fresh vegetables, fruit, salad bar, drinks and more! Reminded me of being at a farmers market, except you pay at a register.

Best place in the area for fresh and in-season produce, as well as health foods and gluten free products. Plus, Carl's Meat Market next door is also worth a visit if you're nonvegetarian.

Small fun grocery store if you need basic produce or specialty items! I was excited about their fresh ground peanut butter and local ice creams

Golden Harvest is the classic fruit and vegetable stand with so much more. The staff are extremely attentive and if you're looking for something they don't have definitely ask.

It has been a regular stop for fresh fruit and veggies for years. Plus they are great supporters of the community. While you are there, go across the way to Carl's Meat Market and get your protein needs met as well.

Great prices on their fresh, mostly-local produce. They sell herbs in half-bunches, again at a very reasonable price, and if you need some pantry goods, wine, and/or cheeses, they've got those too (though that stuff costs a bit more). I love the place, and I'm there almost every week.

So when you're done with Carl's, you go to Golden harvest to get your vegetables, cheese, and wine,. They also have terrific fruit. For produce they are more reasonable than any supermarket, and better quality.

Always enjoy the fresh produce and quality of veggies and fruits. Big fan of Lil's homemade Sourdough and Olive loaf bread. Maryann's coconut cream pie is delicious and will be for dessert.

The Harvest has been our treasured go-to local, reliable, chock-full-of-fresh "market" for decades. During the Pandemic, they have graduated to heroic. Not only have they appropriately social distanced but while we are waiting in line outside, they come out and offer to shop for us. Give them the card, the money, your list and out they come in a few minutes. While I can't wait to get back in because their always full shelves offer the most special farm goods, cheeses, dairy, pastry, fresh salads, wine, breads, etc., I am so grateful for their extra safety steps and convenience.

Fresh produce, some organics. Great herb selection, salad bar. Wonderful cheese selection and wine and fresh cut flowers as well as seasonal plants in a pot. Breads from local bakeries. 3 seasons serving 3 different kinds of ultra delicious soups. Provide raw milk as well as other dairy. Bulk granola, so go there to get rid of the packaging. GH is environmental friendly.

Fresh produce and many local items!!! Wonderful staff and convenience parking.

Have been shopping at this green grocery for 50 plus years, quality and prices hasn't changed along with a great selection.

We are usually here every week. Excellent products and friendly people, what more can you ask for?
