I like this little natural food store. Picked up a few things, some I get routinely at other stores and some I have never seen but enjoyed a lot.

Shopping here for years and was pleasantly surprised to hear it's changed hands!
I certainly didn't notice it had until this Mulligatawny Soup stopped me in my steps!

Very cute, clean little store with a great selection of dried herbs at a fantastic price! They have lots of other health-related items as well, from raw milk and local honey to essential oils and beeswax candles! Always worth the visit!

I hadn't been in here for years because I had been going to the Portsmouth health Food Store. Was so surprised at how much they had. Most of the things I had been buying in Portsmouth they carried. Recently the business transferred to a new owner, with transitional help from the former owner. The place is renewed and the new crew is friendly and helpful. So glad I gave it a try. Incredible local yogurt!

The best local health food store around now with Portsmouth Health Food Center closing. Probiotics, great gluten free and organic options, great homemade yogurt, Tourmaline Spring Water (best on the planet!), good vitamin brands. Nice cards if you still love the art of handwritten notes. ❤

A small but well-stocked health food store with lots of local and fresh options, and helpful staff.

We have been going here for the past five years. Very knowledgeable and best products. We also get their raw milk. Highly recommended

Best dried mango anywhere. Very knowledgable staff, ready willing and able to help. Go there if you need help with supplements, herbs and dietary challenges.
