Hot fresh coffee ☕ & pleasant employees. What more could ask for from 7-11 right??⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Did you know that Almost every town in Thailand has a 7-11 🤪…NOW YOU KNOW 😄.

The cashier named Jeff is amazing. Always has a great attitude towards every single customer. I don't know how he does it. Insanely nice and funny guy

I enjoy going to this 7-11…very nice employees…especially…Jocelyn…she is so sweet & helpful…🌺

Generally clean and all nice people working here
Had been supporting this store as they had been good about enforcing mask requirements.
.
What happened? Today neither employee was wearing a mask, one of which was stocking fresh/ refrigerated foods.
This is particularly important because of the location of the store, one of the first places visited by out-of-state guests.
Sorry but I need this to comfortably support small businesses these days

If I could I go 0 stars I would their lucky to even get 1 star but I bought a pizza because I’m on the go wanted to get lunch for my family well when I purchased I asked if this person could cook it for us she said she wasn’t able to because of shift change I have kids in the car and they are hungry. It’s not because of a shift change she just didn’t want to do it not being racist but it’s a semi old black girl and nappy dreads she refused my request for a refund and was rude and needs a reality check

I was charged double for my item here. When I asked the clerk about it, she said: “if you received this item for a cheaper price anywhere else, they were undercharging you”, instead of actually looking into the system issue. What a weird way to respond to a customer who is questioning about being charged twice for one item. Her logic doesn’t make sense given I was at this same store two days ago, where I had purchased the item at the correct price. When I say correct price I am referring to the price that all other stores including the other 711s sell it for. How does one location double their prices in two days and then claim every other place is the issue? Something sketchy is going on here and I’d recommend that they be audited by corporate.

I was here midday Sunday Nov 26th.

This morning I was next in line to get gas, and I noticed the separate register they use for ringing up gas had a 'this registered closed' sign. Not wanting to remain in line if I was unable to get gas, I asked if the register being closed meant we couldn't get gas. (I've been to the gas station dozens of times and they always use just the one register for gas) Her answer? "I'm with THIS customer. And NO, it doesn't." I realize everyone has bad days and maybe this is what was going on with her, but please don't set out to cause bad days. Now I'm driving to another town on empty. Not my preferred way to start my day.

Hardly anything stocked (drink cases were almost entirely empty), freezers broken and empty, both roller grill and oven broken and filthy, store's dirty. It didn't used to be like this a couple months ago, but it went downhill FAST.

Should really update their times on Google if they aren't going to be open 24/7. Or maybe have a phone...

Got the full tank of gas but they didn’t let me use the bathroom
