Holiday Inn Express Germantown (NW Milwaukee), an IHG Hotel

Best continental breakfast that I have had at a hotel in ages. Most things very nice, a few "corners", things that aren't essential and you don't usually notice were in some disrepair. If you can tell that it was remodeled and budget was the controlling factor, but they concentrated on all the most important stuff. Price was good for the location. 5 out of 5, will almost certainly be staying there again.

Visited for two nights for a softball tournament. Facilities are nice, room was spacious and clean. Bathroom could use a slight update but was clean and functional. The pool area is well-maintained and the staff kept the towels clean and available. Staff helped with check in and also provided us with a late night snack that's not on the ordinary meal plan for the breakfast area! Definitely recommend a stay here.

Clean hotel, with only two levels. Staff are very friendly and entire hotel is very clean and great location for food, shopping and service stations. There did seem a lot of trucks and trailers in the parking lot, making it a bit difficult to navigate at night, but the overall parking area is spacious enough to accommodate hotel guests and customers of the others vendors. Will be def staying here again. A+++

Front desk people made me feel welcomed. The whole hotel is clean walking in. The room we rented was nice and cleaned. Bathroom was 👌🏼 on point. Breakfast is bigger than anyone else’s I’ve been to. Good variety for anyone who stays here. High recommend this hotel.

This Holiday Inn Express is smaller than most that I've been to. The room is clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is very convenient to major roadways and restaurants. I would like more bedside outlets on the nightstands, but otherwise the hotel is great.

The holiday inn express is very accommodating and helpful. Ive stayed at this location multiple times. They have been friendly and courtesy each time. The breakfast is great. Enough of a selection to find something to eat. The room had a good thermostat and the bed and shower were great. Very goos experience.

Everything I look for in a hotel: Nice, clean, a hot tub that stays open late, and wonderful customer service at the front desk. Keith, the staff member who checked us in, was friendly, professional and very helpful in answering our questions. He made us feel welcome and appreciated as guests.

Nice rooms. Great breakfasts. Safe, easy to find and navigate surroundings. Definitely will stay again. Staff @ counter could be friendlier. Everyone else was very kind.

Rooms are always comfortable. They allow you to bring in outside snacks which is much more considerate than some of the other holiday inn express near by. Very friendly staff. We love having our monthly meetings here!

I was a little upset at first when I arrived but as soon as we walked it it was beautiful and the room looked amazing too. Very clean. The staff was very helpful and generous.

Great place for the price. Hot water with good pressure, clean linens, friendly staff. All around great experience and my new go-to for work in Milwaukee

Wonderful room, comfy bed, shower was great. Missed pen and paper in the room. STAFF EXCELLENT. Couldn't find the remote, they gave me another.

Rooms were very clean with two good size LCD TVs, pool area was well kept, and breakfast has many great choices.

The price was very reasonable. Our room was very clean. The pool area was very relaxing. The best part was the continental breakfast.

You know, this is a very normal Holiday Inn Express. The reason I gave it five stars is due to the double room having two TVs. I could watch South Park and play Xbox at the same time. AMERICA!
