The Ingleside Hotel

Family-friendly hotel with reasonable prices. We took our kids for a birthday trip. The rooms are basic, but very clean. Everyone had fun, and the water park area is a blast. It can be very crowded during the day-pass hours, but it quiets down significantly during hours reserved for hotel visitors. This is a MUCH better value than Great Wolf Lodge.

Our room was clean and updated. It was average in size. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower. The restaurant in the hotel had great breakfast options with wonderful service. The hotel has a pool, but we went over to the water park instead. The hotel and water park are connected. Great stay.

The wedding experience was great The staff was extremely friendly and on top of the guests to ensure the best possible experience. The food was extremely delicious. the Bar staff was friendly andbusy all night.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who is seeking an upscale venue.

I stayed at the Ingleside Hotel for a local board game convention. There was a lot of snow and the hotel lost power. I cannot praise the staff of the Ingleside more. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have never been at a hotel during a stressful situation that was handled better! The staff was very professional and communicated with guests very well. I would highly recommend the Ingleside Hotel for any of your event or water park needs.

We have stayed at the Ingleside Hotel twice with the water park package. The rooms are nice and quiet. There is only a fridge in most rooms but communal microwaves are available in a few spots in the building. We plan to return again next year! The hotel is near to grocery stores and restaurants too!

Easy check in, nice rooms, great Waterpark. Food from the snack bar was quick and yummy. Didn't care for the light show as it seemed to drag on. we entered at 815pm and didn't exit until after 9pm. we were then rudely kicked out of the hot cocoa/cookie area in the Pavillion by security staff.

Had a nice family weekend at the water Park with an overnight stay. There was a neat campfire and kids games activity setup in the evening in the courtyard. It was casual and fun with s'mores, music and yard activities. Great way to end a day. I would like to thank Javier for running a great activity for families. He was engaging and courteous with helping us and the kids have a good time.

This hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS. They have great prices for rooms especially for how elegant everything is. I love the good prices because we felt we could then order the fun amenities like room service. It was such a great night for me & my new husband and the staff was SO kind & sweet. Highly highly recommend :)

Great experience. I love the change to the inside pool food area . Kids had lots of fun enjoying a neat campfire with s’mores. Morning breakfast was delicious. Hostess by the name of Javier provided great professional customer service. Lots of neat activities provided. Duck race and the coloring activity was awesome .

I deliver pizza to the guests here on a regular basis. The place always seems very clean and professional, and most of the time has numerous guests since the parking lot near the entrance is nearly completely filled every time I go there to make a delivery.

Had an initial bump, but the excellent staff (HT Stacy) resolved things well. Had a really nice stay at the Ingleside: nice, comfortable rooms; friendly staff; great conference facilities; easy parking; a nice central bar/restaurant; just steps away from a really nice regional running trail…can’t say enough good things about the overall experience. Thank you.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a quick getaway for my family starting the day after this past Independence Day and overall I thought this 3⭐ hotel was worth it.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and had pretty much the amenities we needed although my wife was hoping for a kitchenette which I guess I overlooked when I booked the room.

Unfortunately I booked the room less than a month in advance so I couldn't find any deals thru any of the hotel/travel apps but even at full price my boys were well worth it.

I guess my wife claimed she didn't sleep well both nights we were there due to the room AC being too loud whenever it clicked on but with the temps in the 80s during the day and 70ish over night, definitely was necessary.

Didn't dine in or order room service from Didi's being we pretty much went exploring the area during our stay. Didn't get to take a dip in the regular hotel pool but it was the water park which was obviously the highlight of our stay and my boys who are 2.5 & 8 enjoyed themselves.

Staff here is friendly and very helpful, location is ideal and roughly a 63 mile drive north and a bit west from our house in Beach Park IL. I'd recommend The Ingleside Hotel for those looking for a hotel w/ indoor water park not far from home.

Awesome place to hold a convention or meeting. And 5 stars to Javier Matias in the restaurant. He was extremely helpful and very courteous.

We had a wonderful experience with Keva (sorry if I’m misspelling her name) at the front desk. From the moment we walked in the door, she greeted us with a smile, and was EXTREMELY helpful getting us set up with our room before we left for a wedding. Thank you, Keva, for your exceptional customer service!

We decided that the Ingleside would be better then running to Wisconsin Dells for my daughter's 9th birthday. After working all week it's closer and they always loved it here even back when it was country springs I have video of my kids having a ball here over the years we travel alot so we decided this would be quick and convenient upon arrival to check into the presidential suite for the weekend we were told it would be another 190 to let them swim even though I'm disabled and can't partake of the water fun I still needed a pass just to be there luckily our booking agent had put in a deal for us and we paid half that he felt that we had paid such a high price already for the weekend we paid and when we got to the room it was clean and nice as always but at the end of the night pulled out the let out bed it was food and crumbs everywhere we called the front desk someone came and cleaned it up and changed the bedding. The next morning I sent the family to breakfast as I went to get my daughter's cake and when I got back all they could talk about was how great breakfast was and how they met a server named Javier who took amazing care of them and even bought my daughter out a b day cupcake when I say it made there day my teenager my wife and 9 yr old couldn't say enough about the guy well later that evening I'm headed through the hotel I hear a young man talking to his Co worker about how much he loved his job meeting different people and how people thank him just for water and that warms his heart well this gentleman caught up with me going down the hall and asked was I ok I limp pretty bad without my cane I told him I was fine and we started having a discussion he was polite and truly concerned after a few words he said should try the breakfast tomorrow right then without looking at his name tag I said you have to be the gentleman that talked to my wife and took care of them this morning would your name happen to be Javier? His eyes were shocked it was him and he remembered them when I say I been in customer service most of my life I have and today's standards are not the same as they were years ago people don't have the same pride in there jobs anymore well this man does and the hotel should be looking to make him management they should let him train other staff on customer service he has been a shinning star for us this weekend we truly appreciate him and he made our day outstanding young man with great service.

People were nice gave beautiful but me and my cousins were arguing on my birthday eight years old in my Tete what is stickers and who are nice was Javier.

Everything was a great experience. Water park is perfect for young children and into early teens. The slides are exciting and the wade pool is perfect for the children. Lots of lifeguards on duty. Towels are available at the water park entrance. There are locker rooms and changing areas with showers. Hotel room was very nice and room service was prompt. The hotel does
Accept dogs which a plus for us. Will definitely return . When planning be sure to pay close attention to when the water park is open . In April 2023 days were sporadic the water park was open. Overall a good experience.

We had my daughters wedding at Ingleside this past weekend. The hotel and venue experienced a power outage due to weather. We were so panicked about the wedding which we had been planning for 2 years and what would happen if power wasnt restored. The hotel and all of its staff went ABOVE and beyond expectations to be sure we could have our event. They provided ice water all day free of charge, offered refunds if people cancelled (outside of policy) prior to checking in, brought in generators so we could have the reception with FULL DJ, photo booth, found a way to cook all the food and serve us, kept drinks cold, even brought out ice cold rags for people to use after dinner. I doubt other places would have raised the bar on their level of service to accommodate and make sure my daughter still had the wedding of her dreams. I cannot thank you all enough - HIGHLY RECOMMEND for Weddings as a result!! Thank you again Ingleside.. my momma heart is full

Javier was a true gentleman. He and his team proved that hospitality still exists outside of the Hilton brand. I recommend him and this lovely property.

It was wonderful working with Hannah at the Ingleside for my client's Quinceañera. The staff is so attentive to detail and efficient at communication. They are flexible and willing to accommodate their guests to ensure that the night goes as planned. The food is high quality and the chef's are willing to accomodate client requests.

I love their event space. The built in bar and foyer for cocktail hour is absolutely perfect. I can't recommend their event space and staff enough.
