Everyone staffed at Steinhafels was so helpful in finding the furniture I wanted for my home. During my experience there, I was always treated with kindness, and patience when searching for pieces that I loved, and some that I wasn’t expecting to find. Salesmen were not just waiting to sell, they were wanting to help in just about any and every way. I certainly would not have discovered as much as I had at such great and reasonable prices for the type and quality of products that I purchased. The staff is very knowledgeable, able-bodied, and more than willing to accommodate my schedule with delivery day and times.
I was able to shop in person and/or online, adding to my order any furniture I didn’t find by contacting my salesman directly to make sure the pieces I selected after my initial purchase would be delivered with the rest of the furniture at the same time. Only one flat rate delivery and assembly fee for $200!

I believe that everyone always has room for professional, and personable improvement, even customers.
As a customer, or as a salesman, it is so important to make sure everyone is on the same page, communicating clearly their wants, needs, and expectations in order to establish success and happiness. Steinhafels does a pretty great job of this!

Amanda Czarnecki helped us buy a sofa. We were looking long and hard for that right piece for a room that is not used regularly, so we didn't want to spend a lot of money. Amanda took us to the perfect piece of furniture for a fantastic price. So glad for her help because when we looked around on our own, we didn't find anything. Thank you Amanda!

Kerry was wonderful to work with you. She greeted us but then gave us the space to look around as we wanted, and then answered our questions when we indicated we were ready. She did her due diligence to look up all the necessary information we requested and when we had a difficult time deciding which piece we wanted, she encouraged us to experience each and take our time discussing. Thank you Kerry for the incredible customer service!

Amanda was a great sales person to work with. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Really appreciated that aspect and by Taking that approach, she earned a sale. Possibly future business from us as well. Would recommend her to anyone who wanted to shop at Steinhafels and have a great experience doing so.

Purchased a display case using our damage waiver rebate. Brittany met us at the door and took us directly to the case we looked at on line. Pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Very impressed. No high pressure.

One of the best furniture buying experiences ever. David Long is amazing. We walked in looking for a love seat. He helped us pick out the best deal for our money. Not only did we get a great loveseat but also a recliner. David you are Amazing.

I went through a process of looking for home office furniture. This included looking at Steinhafels , a few other stores and online. I found a desk at Steinhafels but also saw the same one online for less. Steinhafels honored their price-matching promise and I was happy to purchase from them. This kind of thing makes us recommend and return to Steinhafels. It’s a good & honest way to deal with customers who do their homework. We appreciate it and refer others to Steinhafels.

Today was our 3rd time choosing furniture and getting deliveries from this store. Each time we couldn't have asked for a friendlier or more confident person to work with. The furniture has just a been a dream. Deliveries and pickups problem free also. We'll be back.

We visited Steinhafels just to “window shop”as the store was so big. Mary Nichols was our sales associate who was helpful and gracious. We ended up buying a very nice recliner which will be delivered in a week! We also needed a Cerificate of insurance to
Satisfy our condo building that the delivery team was insured. We had the certificate within the hour. We are very pleased with our experience.

The sales personnel were available but not too pushy, which is often an issue. We received help from Jeff, and he was great. Informative but succinct, available but not in our face too often. Great service and great deals around the new year.

We actually enjoyed our visit. Being handicapped the electric scooter was a blessing. My salesman Bruce Wood was fantastic from his personality to his knowledge of furniture you sale. 👏 Very well done Bruce 👏

We were very pleased with the visit today. Our salesperson, Mary Nichols, was informative, pleasant and professional. We purchased exactly what we were looking for with her help. We always enjoy shopping at Steinhafels and will return.

I was greeted immediately upon walking into the showroom. A wonderful, knowledgeable gentleman named Dan helped me find what I needed, and then helped me find a few things on my radar, even though I wasn’t yet ready to purchase.
The children’s play area was a huge help while finalizing my transaction.
Great showroom, low/no pressure from the sales person, wonderful amenities for parents shopping with kids.

I shopped on a busy sale day , there were plenty of friendly sales people to help me find what I wanted. They were informative and answered all my questions. They were very price conscious with my budget in mind. Steinhafels has a team of sales staff that are consistent in their customer value experience.. overseen by kind and informing sales managers…. I bought a great sofa !

Great experience working with Beth Treviso when purchasing my mattress and panel headboard. She helped me pick out the best deal for my budget. She was so patience and knowledgeable, friendly and kind ...she is amazing!!!!!

Great experience working with Laura when purchasing our bedroom nightstands. Also had great service from Brian with moving things so that we could get a better view. Laura was so helpful with the entire process. It literally took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We got there with the idea that we would get a few general ideas and then stew on the information; making a final decision after a few days. But when we met Tom and he showed us some options, we knew right away we loved the selections and couldn’t leave them behind! We happened to visit during a sale day, and left with deals galore! Great experience! Three acres of wonderful selections at this location, and Tom was somehow able to quickly narrow it down by listening to exactly what we needed.

We had a great experience shopping for a lift chair. Our sales rep, Will, explained the different options and features as we tried the chairs. The purchase procedure was easy and our scheduled delivery date meets our needs.

Brain in clearance was amazing. I was looking for end tables and he found me a deal on two of them and a coffee table for the price I would've spent on just one end table. And on the way out, Jerry saw us testing out the massage chairs and told us to try the one on the end. It was a quarter of the price of the ones we were using but performed the same functions. We left with the one he recommended. This is going to save us so much money by not having to go to the massage therapist after each chiropractor appointment. Thank you!!

Always great customer service. Staff answers questions and helps without hovering over while we are browsing. Joel helped with our most recent purchase and was fantastic!
