Walmart Supercenter

I've shoppd here for over a decade. Staff is always nice, has everything I need, prices are same as anywhere sometimes better. I've never had a bad experience there in over 10 years.

All items I ordered were delivered right to my door and in the timeframe that was given to me. I think this is a great way to shop if you don’t have a car.

I haven't stepped a foot inside of a Walmart store since before the "COVID-19 Pandemic" due to severe panic attacks! This was my 1st time and I am Proud to say that this store was neat, clean and stocked decently. Each associate my Mother & I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. I live in Illinois so I will try to find a location at home to go to. This will be the location I come every time I'm in Wisconsin since my Mom lives in Brown Deer.

So 2 store employees, Dakota and Darrin, saved me from my own stupidity. I ordered a fridge online from the Germantown Supercenter. I thought the time it said anytime after 12:13 pm. would be good. I didn't realize that's only after it's been picked. So I drove 16 miles without checking email to get this fridge. Online said they had it. So I'm put in touch with Dakota who looks up item and tells me they have 3 of them. She then takes me to where they are supposed to be and talk to a guy named Darrin. Who says the inventory is wrong. Dakota tells me to look up email, and there i find out they don't have any. Here's where it gets good. They have 1 its the floor model mint shape out of the box. I asked if I could just cancel the online order and buy it here and now. They said yes and helped me get it in car and away I went. Thx again you 2 for the awesome job you did.

This walmart is always great. Always in stock of everything. I have a boy and most walmarts have the absolute smallest boys section. This was doesn't not, plenty of choices, clean store, and so far employee's have been wonderful too.

We found what we looking for, some shelves were picked over but it was the Valentine's items so understandable....

Pharmacy staff always courteous and professional. Pharmacists are thorough and helpful. No waiting in line!! Atmosphere, very quiet.

Sandy at the Germantown WI Wal-Mart is a 5 star employee. She flawlessly handled a complicated return with grace and kindness after several other employees at other Wal-Mart locations failed miserably. Catarina at the Germantown Wal-Mart was also a great help. Thank you both for restoring my faith in Wal-Mart's customer service.

They are in the process of a remodel, but I was able to access everything I needed.

There were no lines found what we were looking for. In and out

I know Wal Mart is closing some stores but this one has let standards go. Merchandise on floor and so messy and many shelves looked like they have been dumped and things thrown back on any old way. Long time before I will shop at this location again .

Excellent customer service skills the staff is super friendly with helping me find all my products and everything that was on my list especially in the automotive department they are very superb with customer service

Recently went to buy tires. The automotive department was fast and efficient. They were done before we even finished shopping. (Less than 30 minutes)
