AT&T Store

I typically refrain from leaving reviews, but the exceptional service I experienced at this AT&T store compelled me to share my gratitude. Despite encountering significant challenges resolving my device issues over the phone with customer service, my visit to this location alleviated my stress. Initially, I visited another store, but the assistance and service fell short of expectations. Reluctant to waste more time, I almost resorted to another phone attempt before deciding to visit this store. I'm pleased to say that the young lady who assisted me, I believe her name was Hailey, went above and beyond. Her exemplary customer service, positive attitude, and eagerness to resolve my situation were truly remarkable. I sincerely hope she continues to work here, as I will certainly be a loyal customer to this particular store from now on. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful young lady who made my experience so exceptional!

I had an issue with a new phone that was delivered to my home, so I stopped in for assistance. A fantastic store employee by the name of Demetrius was there to quickly solve my problem. He was incredibly personable, professional and knowledgeable. It was a great customer experience.

Hailey was simply amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge. Her customer service was simply amazing. I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know. She is a true asset to the company. I'm definitely happy with my new internet.

The team was very nice and friendly. I was there for an hour getting my new phone but it was a nice time chilling as I waited for my phone to transfer. The guys helped answer all my questions and explained everything very well. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. 🎉

I’ve been a local in the area for about five months now, so I always come to this AT&T to pay my bill and I would just like to say Hailey Service is always wonderful Every time I walk in if she’s working She make sure to greet me with a warm welcome services always a 10 out of 10.

Purnell, the manager of the store, was absolutely incredible. He went so above and beyond to help us fix a really complicated phone problem- 100% recommend coming to this location and working with him. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Fantastic service!

I had bought my phones elsewhere, but was having trouble with Data Connection on my I-Pad and voicemail on my phone. After spending an hour with AT&T’s 800-number and getting nowhere, I stopped in at this store. I told Seth, the Asst. Mgr., that I had not bought my phones there, and he said it didn’t matter. He just wanted me to leave happy.

After less than 15 minutes in the store, he solved both problems and even thanked me for coming.

Guess where I will go to buy my next phones and other devices? Thank you very much, Seth!

It was about 4-5 customers with one employee working. That one employee was holding the store down very greatly by himself. Very polite, professional, and attentive.
