This used to be one of the better stores better then jcpennys but today we went in and found absolutely nothing i hope they get better again the old jcpennys i remember was legit

Wow. I look forward to our family photo session every year at JCP. We have been to multiple locations to do them and been pleased mostly every time however this last time was he most wonderful! The manager took our pictures on time, gave us a good selection of shots based on what we were looking for, was patient and worked with us while our 4yo had a Tantrum. The picking out and purchasing products was flawless and a great deal. I am always pleased with our Christmas cards we get through them. Highly recommend!

Great deals but best of all, the staff are amazing. Helpful, friendly, just a great experience!

I love this department store and everyone in it. I don’t do a lot of shopping because I have a lot of kids. Occasionally we come here when I have to relearn their sizes or just to take pictures. Everyone is always very helpful and understanding. The photographer is a total doll

It’s really too bad there are so few JCPenney stores left. I’d panic purchased a few items while in a work trip to Omaha that I didn’t end up needing. The store in Menominee Falls easily and quickly helped me with the return.

C'Anna (CC) in the photo studio was amazing. My best friend and I decided to do one of those cringey best friend shoots that's all over TikTok, and CC was very enthusiastic about our shoot! She had so many ideas brainstormed and hyped us up the whole time.

Men.falls store is great. Fully stocked and staff is ready to help with special requests.

I'm becoming more and more of a fan/shopper of JCPENNEY. I've been finding not only some of the best deals and prices but they have stepped up their game with some very stylish merchandise. I really like the Menomonee Falls location the best. Boston Store was always my #1 go to store. Macy's is also pretty decent but Penney's has really captured my attention and wallet 😊

I liked the clothes at Penny's. I found what i was looking for. Kohl's just isn't the same. Ihave hard time.there. But Penny's was awesome.

I love JCPenney! I try to shop there when ever possible. I would hate to think about them closing, like many others. The staff is very helpful, store is clean and organized. Parking is a piece of cake. Great Prices! Much lower than any other box store. Unlike Kohl's, where the prices are so inflated.

No one anywhere has better deals for quality clothes then JCPENNEY!!! All of the staff essentially our checker who I believe is also a manager here were outstanding. The kindness, the respect and great attitude he has is beyond words. I brought my 84 year old mom shopping here and we spent hours picking out clothes and boots ECT yet even though my mom was hurting by the time we checked out, she could not stop smiling. He really made an impact on us. He also told us how much we saved and it made her day.

I really loved the items I bought along with the Sephora items. They were such great buys! The only thing I regret is the fact that I missed my mystery discount. A wonderful shopping spree!!!

My 5yo daughter was treated like any other client. Care was taken to make sure both mom and daughter were satisfied. I made my appointment last minute because our usual place was booked and the back up was closed. They now have a permanent customer!

Great! I must return the "coupon handouts " were outstanding, 40% off. I should have picked out more but I didn't pick it up until I was in the checkout line. I am going back you can believe that!

The staff there are very knowledgeable and greet you like you are the only one. Witch is not true. There were a lot of customers at that store. I personally had to wait for maybe 10 minutes for a return. But otherwise it was all good👍👍👍👍

We had photos taken. 4 generations ages 95 to 4 months old. The staff was so patient with us. Would recommend them. We ordered the digital package with a Groupon discount was reasonable.
