Luis R has serviced our home a couple times now and I’m very pleased with him! He communicates extremely well via text to let us know when he’s coming, and sends us photos of what he observes and where he applies new treatments. He’s professional, organized, and does a great job. Thank you!

Thomas has come to my home several times to complete treatments. He always let's me know he is here and gives me a full update when he is finished. I'm very happy with the services provided.

The service person,Thomas, was very helpful. I had some issues I was concerned about and he totally calmed any anxiety. I had about the application process. He did a thorough job. The service is very good when they have high-quality people. The service is only good as the people who are working for them, and Thomas was excellent.

The service was excellent and the technician took the time to check all the house for mice, mosquitos, ants, eaves and wasps. Treatment was done to exterminate all the insects and was done with care and detail. The technician looks very knowledgeable about what he was doing and offer a detail explanation of what was done! I highly recommend this business to take care of your house

Brandon has been doing our treatments & is such a nice person to talk to. He's very punctual and always sends me a text ½ prior to his arrival. Honestly, I was getting ready to cancel my service as I now have the equipment to spray on my own. Thomas came to spray today and I learned that he was deaf upon coming to the door. I had to interact a bit differently speaking into his phone to transcribe what I was saying, but he was incredibly professional!

Knowing that Aptive employs individuals with disabilities, I not only didn’t cancel but I upgraded our service plan. Kudos for being inclusive in hiring individuals with disabilities in your workforce!

I appreciated Thomas being able to answer my questions and just to be on the safe side, I asked if he could set some traps just in case a few mice moved in for the winter. I felt sorry for him having to climb through the snow piles. I think he did a fine job. A+ 😊

DeVione was our tech today and was absolutely great. He was friendly, provided pictures of places treatments were applied and talked through what to look for next time.

Yesterday we had our first visit from Aptive to take care of some pesky spiders, bees, silverfish and box elders. Juan from Aptive arrived on time and was helpful in going through all the areas and made sure we had everything taken care of.

Later that evening I walked out to find all the bees from an active ground nest were dead next to it and/or gone and the box elders were nowhere to be found. After walking through the backyard my neighbor noticed a large bees nest above on our tree that was quite active.

I reached out to Aptive to inquire about a follow up, but didn’t have hear back in the morning, but I connected with Juan who helped us the day before and thankfully he was still working in the area and was able to stop by shortly thereafter and said he would take care of the nest.

After a little setup and coordination, Juan got the nest down and cleaned it all up all without anyone getting stung.

Thanks Juan! You rock!!!

Eddie does an outstanding job for us. He clearly communicates his arrival so we know when to expect him, and thoroughly treats our home for any and all types of insects and pests, clearly explaining what he is doing and why. I always feel that I’m in good hands with Eddie!

Luis walked me through the basement and around the foundation to point out entry points we should fill in so mice can’t get in. He also placed another bait box and relocated the other. Thank you for taking the time to educate me on what to do to stop mice from getting in the basement.

Was concerned about grain bugs in and around my dog food. Issues were addressed and taken care of. Great service, as usual!

Luis did our home treatment 2 days ago and did an excellent job. He let us know when he was coming with good advance notice, completed the job efficiently and sent us a video showing what was done. He also was ready to answer any questions we had. Thank you Luis

Adam was very helpful with knowledge of the services he provides. I told the office what I needed and they gave me the wrong plan? Adam informed me of the issue and solved it RIGHT AWAY. Without any questions or blame. He made me comfortable with his explanation of office vs the field. Then he quickly went to work and explained what he was doing.

We've been with Aptive for quite sometime and always have been very satisfied with their promptness and explanations of our problems with critters, etc. They've always been there for us and have some well informed staff to help us along, about arrival times, prices, etc. The guy we had today was the BEST yet!! Extremely well informed and concerned about lots of things. He was very well informed as he went along commented on findings of his trip of our house. Send him back for our next service!!

Today's service was completed with care, thoroughness and a friendly technician. She went above and beyond to let me know products she used and why especially with the winter months approaching. She knew what needed to be treated (where prior technicians did not). Thank u!

Mike was great, found dead mice in the basement and brought them up....Guess we need Aptive... He seemed to know where to place strip copper coils in entry ways where rodents were trafficking. Will be good to see the results..GIVE MIKE A RAISE!!

Theo was again our provider. As always he is very friendly and helpful. As requested he sprayed our basement before he started with the outside of the house. Theo always does an excellent jobs. Glad to have him continue to come to our home.

Zachary was very efficient and professional. He was very was knowledgeable. He started on the outside traps before I arrived. What a pleasure to work with!
