My girlfriend bought a few gift cards from here that did not end up getting to her car. However, the manager, Matt, and another girl with short hair and glasses were very helpful in getting us the money back in target gift cards despite coming in 30 minutes before closing. They did their best to fix the situation in a very professional and polite manner. Top tier customer service.

When you walk in the door it has a Target-feel to it! That is half the Target experience! It’s peaceful, a great getaway when you just want to hang out somewhere. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I often find myself having random conversations with other guests, because it’s just an atmosphere where everyone is talking, smiling and in a good mood. That’s what I call the Target experience. And to top it off, there’s always a great deal to find, and just what you’re looking for, and in some cases, things you didn’t know you needed lol. I love my Targé boutique!

I know a lot of people, women especially, who simply can't get enough of Target. I have never been that kind of person.
With that said: I do have to go to Target for things once in a great while and this store is very clean, well stocked, and a had very friendly and helpful staff. Rosemary was especially helpful.
I'm also very impressed with the selection of clothes in the juniors section! The 90s style has come back in full force (hell yessss!!!!) and the selection here is good! So I added on another star for that.

Staff is always kind, friendly, courteous, helpful at this location. Our Target staff rocks! Staff is truly genuine and invested in helping you find exactly what you are looking for. I had to ask for assistance from a nice young lady in cosmetics and a nice young lady in the pharmacy/health needs area -both were gracious and helpful! Thank you! Please consider a section in cosmetics comparable to the section at the front end of store for items $5 and under.

I write reviews! No matter what the experience is, if I have time I will write a review. I wish I had of written one a long time ago because there is a young lady at this location with an attitude so bad I could scream! She brings out the drive up orders and always has something sarcastic to say or reference something irrelevant to my order. But recently there’s been a different associate bringing my order…. The short review target allows on their app: There's a new associate that seems to always bring my order out when I submit a drive-up order. Well I don't know if she's new but I've only recently been seeing her. And I order drive-up often! If not myself I'm picking up an order for my mother or daughter. Today I asked her name... she said Aniya. Pretty sure I spelled it wrong but if someone wants to contact me I will go into the store to properly identify that young lady! She is amazing!!!! I have more to say but am running out of characters.

Seriously, this young lady and the fact that target gets my order right EVERYTIME is the only reason im giving 5 stars. She put them over because I was prepared to never visit this particular location ever again because the customer service sucks! Thank you and. Aniya! Please keep smiling and being kind and friendly to ALL of your guest! Trust me… it makes a difference!!!!

I became that complicated customer asking for price match for a Pokémon item and customer service rep Sierra was very friendly, patient and understanding. Kudos to her. I wanted to make sure to get her name because too many in service just act like it’s not their responsibility but she was quick to think of solutions.

Would do 4.5 but giving the benefit because Target is great!

Target drive-up service is fabulous. The orders are always correct, delivered to my car within a few minutes of arrival, and the employees are friendly & polite.

I love this department store.

Personally I favor the movie department while Dianna shops the other departments.

This store is clean and very well maintained. A pleasure to visit.

I'm not too thrilled with the exit of the parking lot, but I guess there's a reason for this.

Curbside ordering is so convenient! Very rarely have to wait long. So happy to not have to drag all the kids in to run errands.
The returns process is super simple and hassle-free too if you use the app.

well priced decent quality merchandise that is always in stock.

This target honestly feels much more like a Walmart. Just not as “targety”. 5 stars though due to the kindness of staff. I struggled in self checkout since my gift card wasn’t scanning. She took care of it and was friendly about the situation.

Favorite department store and awesome store clean and staffing is great!!

Outstanding service, handled my return quickly and kindly. I had an issue with a gift card and they helped me resolve it and when I checked out I was greeted at the counter with genuine enthusiasm. I would highly recommend the Target store in Germantown/ Menomonee Falls area!

The Menomonee Falls Target is exceptional at customer service and providing products for their customers.

The store is always clean and very well maintained.

Target almost always has what I want and the correct order is waiting every time I pick it up.
