Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is such a nice restaurant. It started with the sweet young greeter! She was sooooo very nice and friendly. We had an exceptional waiter. He was very attentive and accommodating. He came to see about us constantly which was amazing. We had chicken Alfredo and the never ending salad, soup and breadsticks. I tried the Pasta E Fagioli for the first time and also had a bowl of my usual - chicken and gnocchi. The salad was scrumptious and the breadsticks was delicious. We went on a Thursday night, and it was perfect atmosphere.

I have been to this Olive Garden several times, and have never been disappointed. I have gone for birthdays where you get a free dessert with the purchase of a meal, which is a great treat. This past weekend I went with a few friends for the all you can eat and it was amazing!! So many great options for this deal, and our young waiter was great. He had prompt services and was helpful even though it was only his fourth day. I cannot wait to go back!

Had a group of 10 without reservation and wait time was 1 hour. Host staff was apologetic and plenty of space to sit and wait to be called. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about menu. Had dietary restrictions, so had manager come and explained menu options based on our needs. Appreciated how serious staff took with food allergies. Food was made to order and arrived in timely manner. Had 5 kids and they enjoyed special menu and coloring activities. The birthday girl received a free dessert, candle and sang birthday song. Really a great outing and waitress was very accommodating, attentive and anticipated our needs.

There was a 30-minute wait time both for reservations and walk-ins. If you love their food then it's worth it. They have a digital tablet on the table to help with boredom and your order but be warned you will be charged for using it ($2.99). The food was as good as ever. The staff member who served us was new but very attentive. We came later in the evening so we got to linger until closing. Enjoy your future meal.

The food is HOT and tasty. The service is helpful and fast. We were a party of 9. We were celebrating a birthday and made a reservation for 6:00 PM. We brought a cake and they brought extra plates and a knife later. The manager stopped by twice to check if we needed anything. The service was polite and very attentive. He was there a lot to clear plates and answer questions or bring more drinks. We were there until 9:00 PM. We had the best time and the server made it all possible. Thanks for helping us make a great memory.

My wife and I had a great dining experience at Olive Garden. Our waitress Alexa was very good. She was polite and helpful. She had a good recommendation of the shrimp and chicken carbonara. Delicious. The managers also came to check on us,which was nice. Overall wonderful dining experience!

I ordered food to go, and there was a small mixup. It was no big deal but the staff and manager were more than nice and accommodating about it. They went above and beyond to make it right. When I returned later, they were just as friendly and sweet. I really appreciated it!

I was at this location today doing some work. The manager and staff were extremely and amazingly awesome all day. I ordered salmon for lunch and I tell you, it was honestly the most amazing salmon I’ve had in my lifetime. I would absolutely order it again. So thankful for the staff at this location for treating me so well while I was doing a job there. Thank you!

Food was predictable, but still good. Wait staff was fabulous. She had many tables but you would never know it. She was very attentive.

Great place to eat great service went there with my wife for valentines day to spend some time with her an the service was so good wanted the waiter to stop coming to the table lol

Awesome food, nice service, very good staff.
Food was very good, quantity was on higher side, taste and quality were superb and reasonably priced. Their non alcoholic drink were very good.
Staff was very polite, courteous and helpful.
Restaurant was fairly crowded.
Enjoyed my meal to 100% and definitely would love to go back.

I love going to this place you have so many choices and endless salad. The breadsticks are always hot and soft. The Peach Bellini is my favorite drink here 😋. Thanks for a lovely meal

Olive Garden has an excellent selection of Italian dishes at reasonable prices. There are so many choices that it can be hard to decide what to order. The portions are generous, so quite often, I have enough for next days lunch.
Our waitress, Chyane was excellent. Although she was extremely busy, she was welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Unless you come at an "off time" you can EXPECT a little wait, because the food is so good. They try to tell you how long the wait will be, but have no control how long customers stay.
You can always leave if it doesn't suit you.
When there are empty tables, it's because there is not enough staff to cover them. It's a big place, and not the fault of Olive Garden or any other restaurant for that matter when this happens. They are trying to figure the ratio of employees to customers. This is common sense by good managers.
I prefer good service over rushed service.
I give OG credit for caring about their employees who were all PLENTY busy!

We walked into the restaurant and there was a short wait. While my wife and I were sitting there, a lady (possibly a manager) walked up to us and gave me a card for a belated Veterans Day meal. What a pleasant surprise and much appreciated!

Our food was delicious and I was only able to barely eat half of my meal. Our waitress was wonderful, she was one of the best I've ever had.

Crystal did a fantastic job as a server. Really kind and attentive. Great breadsticks. Just wish they had some tortilla chips...thanks Crystal!

I love Olive Garden. It's one of my favorite places to eat, and the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Brookfield is one of the best locations. They have great ambiance, food, Coca Cola, and service.

The lasagna was excellent and I like the unlimited parmesan. The salad was good and unlimited. the spinach and artichoke dip was excellent but the chips they gave you to dip in it were horrible. I took the dip to go and it was good on other chips. Overall good.

Was so quiet when we were there for our wedding anniversary. Server very nice. Had shrimp alfredo and cheesy shells with shrimp. As always portions are large. Took home 1/2 of each dinner. Food is always good.

Late lunch after a volleyball tournament. Players and their parents had fun. Great way for our team to bond.
