Kohl's

Both Hillary and Gail we so kind and polite. They greeted every customer they saw. I shop A lot and this experience was warm and homey just like visiting a good friend.

Not being savvy using my smartphone, the store associate, Julia, took time to help me order 2 items in sizes I needed online. This saved me time & I didn't have to go to another store.

The return process at Kohl’s is great. They gave me a comparable item even though I didn’t have a receipt (it was a gift) for the item that was defective.

This Kohls always provides an excellent shopping experience. The workers are always helpful if I have questions. This is now the only Kohls I go to now, and It's not the closest to me. Keep up the good work!

I think as parents we all need to remember that when Target and Walmart are plum out of Legos, Kohls has a great stock!!!

Well organized.. the ladies at the Amazon return are very nice and respectful.

I had to return merchandise that did not fit and it was not a hassle to do so. I loved shopping the big selection that Kohls had implemented.

Haven't been to kohls in years. I thought the store looked great. Very neat and organized. I found a leather handbag at a very reasonable price. I only went there to return an amazon order (very convenient, by the way) and found exactly what I was looking for. I will be back.

Its big, clean, nice, a few minutes from the highway, nice location, by lots of other places to eat when you are out and about. Its by lots of pretty much everything nearby. Lots of cashiers. Even when busy, the lines move quickly, so its not really much of a line. Many dressing rooms to try on clothes. Its my go to for dress clothes. I wish they had more high end brands to choose from for clothes, but they have so much other stuff there that its understandable. Overall, great place!

Large selection of the new summer line. Even though there were no coupons running I found three nice summer casual dresses for $21 each on sale.

This store is always clean and well kept. The staff is friendly. The Amazon lines are never too long same with the check out lines. Always a good assortment of clothes and the changing rooms are relatively clean and kept up too. Would go back and recommend.

I was in the store yesterday, Saturday February 10th and had 2 of the most helpful girls trying to help me at the register. They, together with myself were trying to put an order through for shipping as the sizes in the store were not what was needed. I know that if you order while on the Kohl's app in the store, you can ship to your house for free shipping. Neither I, nor either of these 2 girls were able to get this purchase to go through without adding the shipping ($9) charge. The one girl finally figured out a " work around" and we were able to get the order placed for the items I wanted. I have never been as impressed by a Kohls associated as I was today with the help rendered. This totally gave me faith in continuing to shop at Kohls stores.

Exceptional service exceptional village and exceptional lay out of the store my compliments to marketing however if I were the owner doing a secret shop the dollar per square foot is off by a factor of more than three feet and I would be a tad disappointed in the profits this past spring.

Great customer service. Did an Amazon return there , easy and friendly. I even received a 5.00 promotion for Kohls for it.Customer service also made an adjustment from previous purchase which I forgot to use my 30 percent off promotion. Their customer service went through steps to ensure I was satisfied with my transactions.

Great visit. Sales staff very nice. Turns out that on Mondays, active military and veterans get an extra discount. What a nice surprise! Picked up a sweet new sports coat for a great price. Overall, it was a very good shopping experience.
