This dry cleaning service is top-notch. My suit came back perfectly pressed and refreshed. They paid attention to even the smallest details, like the buttons and lapels. It felt as if I had just bought a brand new suit. While it's a bit more expensive than your average cleaner, the value is evident in the quality of their work. I'm willing to invest in maintaining my suits, and this dry cleaner is my go-to choice for that.

excellent service, timely.

This business destroyed my brand new clothing and didn’t even apologize or accept their mistake. Instead the owner pretended that we bought a brand new clothing with damage and stains on it. I even discussed upon bringing the clothing on to show it’s all brand new, showed my bead work and they said they will steam it for me. Don’t use this business for any delicate embroidery or bead work material. They provided this folded among other clothes and folded the damaged side underneath so I won’t be able to spot it immediately. I really feel cheated and lost $300 new clothing.

I was waiting to write this review till I got my blazer back that they damaged. I had taken this blazer to other dry cleaners over the last 7 years….this was the first time it got damaged. Too my surprise, the owner of this business blamed the material on the collar for the damage and said that it could get damaged by the chemicals. I thought to myself…I bring it to the dry cleaners for a delicate cleaning…so if this is what she thought, why wouldn’t she warn me? Then she said she could get it fixed but it would cost me $15 because and that was what the seamstress she uses will charge, Again I was surprised as I thought this would be their responsibility but this seemed like something she’s done a lot in the past and I just wanted to get it fixed. When I went to pick it up, she the said “I quoted you $15-$20 right? “. I knew she said $15 originally but she was trying to $5 more from me. However, I just paid for it and I knew she would ring me up for the higher rate of $20…which she did. PLEASE BE WARNED…this woman is shady, she destroys garments, and will nickel and dime you without taking responsibility for the poor quality work she delivers. Also, other items after dry cleaning had dog fur on it…which I don’t have dogs.

They will sometimes not dry clean items and just press and return to the customer. I do not know if they are just bad at their job and make mistakes or it is intentional cheating and lying.

I had to stop going to DeLuxe as I never knew if they would dry clean or not despite what they say and charge.
