This UPS has the best service! I only use their services because of their great attitudes and competence when it comes to returning things from Amazon. They are always so patient with me and efficient.

Carlos that works there is so patient and kind.. I really appreciate him, he has a lovely disposition and always is very helpful and pleasant!

This UPS store by Ranch 99 in Foster City has pretty friendly and helpful staffs. They are usually quite attentive and trying their best to reduce lines (what else is more important than a shorter wait line for a shipping service?) - usually they have at least 2 staffs (and often 3 staffs). I remembered once when I was there dropping a Amazon return, while two of the scanner were already in use to help other people , the gentleman named Robert was able to help me using a computer inside their station and I did not have to wait. All the staffs I have met are quite friendly there. If I was just dropping return, they will offer receipt without even asking, I think they know people usually want a proof for their return. I feel the staffs there are either very professional or some of them probably own the store as a franchise or own stakes of it, and they feel like they are personally responsible for the satisfaction of the customers and not like they were just employees of a large corporation. I've seen one of the there who is a gentleman named Robert and you usually will be able to see him and he is really friendly!

The best place to ship on the Peninsula! I have often used this store as my go to location for domestic and International shipping. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are experts at packing and shipping envelopes and packages. The store is clean and neat with handly office supplies always in stock. After several visits to this store, I can verify whether you need shipping, office supplies or a notary, you will not be disappointed.
The store management is particularly involved in enhancing the customer experience. Conveniently located in the Marlin Cove Shopping Center next to Ranch 99 Market. 5 stars - should be 6!

I’m 84 years old. Needed help in returning modem to exfinity. Lady in store was very busy. She took the time to help me print the return label on their computer.not only patient with me but excellent service.

I had to return an item which costed me 25 dollars. I didn't read the return instruction carefully. I came with my packaged unsealed and return label not printed. There was a line in the store. The lady was very patient explaining to me that I needed to print it on myself and I should be sealing the package myself. I used the printer in the store. She helped me taped the shipping label and sealed my package. I really appreciated her patience and kindness.They should have charged me. I will read the return instruction carefully next time. The world needs more love and kindness. I received it from here. Thank you. I definitely would recommend you to come here for their service.

Went in for notary services today and to pick up a print job. Went super smooth didn't have to wait long at all. We choose to come to this UPS even though there is another closer to us. It is worth the drive to us.

We had such a positive experience at their store in Millbrae, we went to this location owned by the same owners on Sunday. My family had to ship almost a dozen import boxes going to multiple cities this weekend. We needed someone who is experienced in packing fragile items and trustworthy to tell us the best and budget friendly options to ship our stuff. Lalit and Shalini, the owners, helped us on Saturday with our first set of boxes and we chose to have them help us with more challenging items on Sunday. Their 30 plus years of experience truly showed when they guided us through the complexity of the process and made it straightforward. We also appreciated their genuine desire to make sure we are taken care of. The time that we spent at the store was actually very enjoyable. We talked about our families and lots of funny things that made us all laugh. A big thank you to Lalit and Shalini for all your help from my family!

Always happy to walk down to this UPS store from my house and the staff is consistently polite and so positive! Sometimes I’ll bring my pup during a walk to drop off packages and they remember him every time and show him the love every pup is excited for.

Depending on your personal experience, if you’re not ready for the straight forward way they work, some people may mistakenly think they’re being passive and even “rude” but it’s all miscommunication. People will tend to take certain answers incorrectly as well. However the staff at this location are genuine and not out to make your day worse.

Extremely friendly and helpful! Went here for notarization, passport photos and a few copies. The folks at this store were super patient and helpful through all of it. Definitely better than most stores that I have been to!

Have come here a few times to notarize, copy, fax, and ship documents. Shalini has been a huge help throughout all of this and walked us through the different options (different shipping types, fax cover sheets, etc) as well as handled different sided paper types, etc.
