I wanted to take a moment to shoutout the folks running drive up! So grateful to them! With 2 little kids and spine issues, I really appreciate the extra set of hands 🙌 I love coming to this store! And I love the drive up even more. Thank you to the people that bring out orders!

Great store , huge and clean

Great selection and easy layout! Clothes, groceries and all house needs. You could live out of this store long as u don't need to buy plants!

Super clean and well stocked with more options than other targets. I go out of my way to this target compared to closer stores.

Clean but i didn’t know where everything was but that’s ok very nice products just sad they didn’t have touchpads hand sanitizer

Big parking lot with handi-cap spaces close to the front. Great selection. I bought shirts, underwear and socks in the bulk discount pack and they were good quality. Checking out was a breeze. A big step up from K-mart and other discount stores. Store was very clean and accommodating. A plus

This Target location is fairly large and can get pretty busy on the weekend. Well stocked store and plenty of staff available should you have any problems. Parking can be a bit difficult during busy hours.

Good selection, clean store, friendly employees and great value /price. Parking is easy and has charging area. Merchandise is well presented and need displayed. Wait time at Check out line is normally short. No masks required for vaccinated individuals.

The best customer service ever! I left one of my bags in my cart and didn’t realize until I got home and needed to cook dinner. I called the location and asked if anyone turned in a bag of groceries. Angel answered the phone and was very nice. He suggested I come in and they will allow me to grab all the food I had missing. It was late, so I came in the next day. The lady in customer service asked me to high light the groceries I lost on my receipt. They returned my whole bag of lost groceries. The best customer service ever!!

This Target is large and well organized.

One of the staff members by the name of Tommy made everything so easy and enjoyable. Me and my husband were looking for an item in the wrong isle and he was more than happy to assist ! Above and beyond what a guy. I would go out of my way to shop at this location if it meant having him for assistance.

Target in San Mateo is well stocked in a variety of merchandise. My review though is to commend an employee in the Tech Department who helped me with wireless headphones to use with my hearing aids. Irvin gave me the best customer service I have ever received at this store & because his service was so helpful, I chose to buy the product even though I had only gone in to research. If you are in need of help in the Tech department - ask for Irvin. He is fantastic.

I am handicapped and it is extremely painful to wait in line to get in to the store and walk around. I absolutely love the curbside delivery. Your employees use safety measures and are always polite and friendly. I am happy to see that I may be able to get produce from the grocery area now too. That will make my life even easier!

This target is one of the larger ones in the area. Full sized with all the departments you'd expect of a super sized target. The produce is usually very good and some items are competitive with Safeway's pricing. Vegan and vegetarian options are pretty good (lots of gardein options). Fully wheelchair accessible with wide aisles and an accessible stall. One person working checkout ensured I was helped to my car so I didn't have to maneuver the shopping buggy through the parking lot.

very clean store. floors sparkle. all cash wraps open, with very short lines. Melissa, my cashier, conducted a seamless transaction. plenty of alert, attentive staff circulating, stocking & looking to be helpful. all my expectations met. a wonderful experience.

I had to bring heavy groceries to the curb in SF for a funeral service (this was pre-quarantine). Carts are not allowed outside the store normally. The store manager on duty helped me use the cart to get to the curb & load everything quickly into my waiting car. Such great service and a personal touch when it mattered. I am a huge Target fan!

Great store to shop.

Bought a futon sofa but couldn't fit the box in my car, so my dude Antwon (apologies if misspelled) drove it to my house in his SUV after his shift! He is the GOAT and target should promote him.

Target at Bridgepoint is my go-to location. I go there 2-3x a week. The retail floor area is always clean and organized and well stocked Safe location.
My one complaint is the women's bathroom. It's almost always in a state that you wouldn't want to use - un-flushed / clogged toilets, tp and seat covers on the floor. And a few of the stalls have misaligned hardware on the door such that it doesn't line up to close properly. I've spoken with one of the staff to let manager know and have maintenance people fix. Still the same thing as of today.
I am writing this review only because Target sent an email survey asking for a review. So here it is. Hopefully Target Team Leader reads this and makes bathroom cleanliness as important as the rest of the shopping experience. I still love Target in spite of the bathroom issue.
