99 Ranch Market

99 Ranch is my go to Asian market for my weekly grocery trips. They have a wide range of product variety. Anything I want from Asian, I could find them here, or their substitutes from other brands at least.
Out of 99 ranch locations I have visited, I like this place the best. Bigger, cleaner and more selection of vegetables and other foods.

This is one of the better 99 Ranch stores in the Bay Area. Wide selection of meats, vegetables, bakery items, fresh seafood, and fruits. Aisles and aisles of frozen goods and packaged noodles and snacks. Plus, the hot food items are pretty good, so try the duck! They also sell household electronics such as rice cookers and hot water dispensers. Large parking lot makes it easy to find parking.

Your one stop Asian supermarket.
Their fruit and vegetables are excellent value, and the quality beats most other supermarkets too. Fantastic range of teas, and spices, too.

there is a LOT of different foods at this market. many are from Asia which have no knowledge of. But wrappers are colorful and inviting. I buy sunflower seeds there because this market is open late.

A fairly large asian grocery store. They have everything here you may need. Fresh meat, seafood, a bakery, frozen aisle. Liquor is a bit more pricey than Costco. The parking lot is a decent size, exiting can be tricky since there’s no lights or stop sign.

Fresh produce, low prices, many options that are not available in most other stores. Paying for your groceries earns you coupons that you can use at their hot food deli, which makes impressively good food.

Good find for fresh seafood. It usually has a good collection of foods and products.

Good selection of Chinese Korean and other south East Asian countries fuds. Wish they carried more organic goods.

Variety of sea foods and meats! Well organized and awesome place!

I hate this place... Because I always stop in for one thing, and I walk out with a whole pantry ready to cook a banquet for 10. It's a good thing I don't live near one. Seriously, came in for zong zi. Instant regret. My basket was half full before I even found them. So, yeah. It's awesome. Reminds me of home shopping with my mom. Pretty much everything you remember your parents cooking you can find here and it's all very familiar, but cleaner than the old markets we used to go to. My forever favorites are the snack and ramen aisles. 30 different varieties of rice crackers? Yes, please! I like how they branch out a bit from traditional Asian / Chinese markets and have some other groceries now e.g. soju (necessary!), And paratha (mmm!) To name a few. Anyway, just come. Give in to the temptation and drown your sorrows in a bed of rice crackers crumbs! =9

This place is so big. Clean and they have some new freezer and bakery sections from when I visited several years ago. I got my Asian peanut fix. So many snacks!

I found this 99 Ranch recently when I dropped my son at a Thai restaurant next door. I like the chinese eggplant, broccory and other asian vegetables nicely packed in plastics to grab and go. I stop by a boba cafe next door too. This is a fun little place.

This place is straight heat. They sell all sorts of stuff. There's an aquarium with live fish too. Be sure to slap the rice bags for good luck.

I go here sometimes when I'm in Foster City and I like it. They have a bakery with cake rolls that are amazing! The Taro (purple) one is Really good!

Pretty neat Asian market. Very clean and well organized. I'd never lived near a market like this, so I felt a bit lost. I didn't even know it was an Asian market until I walked in ;however, I did buy some moon cakes... They were amazing! Probably should have read about them first, but it was a neat discovery for me!

This place is unique for people that have not had too much experience with Asian culture. They sell stuff that is unthinkable to find in other places: pig ears hearts and feet, duck tongues, of course chicken feet, livers etc
They have the most amazing vegetable and fruit section, then a huge selection of Asian things, sauces, snack etc.They also serve food at an internal self-service restaurant. The best part is tanks with live fish where you can select your very dinner when it's still alive.

A good mix of American and traditional Chinese groceries. A wide variety of foods from wines and pastas, to live fish and oriental bakery/ seasonings. The cashiers are efficient and sometimes offer small amounts of discount coupons for the next shopping.
