Amazing hotel ! Comfy beds , great staff , amazing vegan healthy options for lunch and dinner! I wish they had plant based egg options for breakfast as avocado toast is the only option for vegans. SO much love for this spot though really friendly and the coffee spot Has decent orange juice and snacks + pressed juice ! Overall a great spot ! Apparently they have a complimentary breakfast? I just tried the room service which was pretty good!

This hotel has a great view of the lake and has trails that are nearby for a walk 🚶‍♂ or a good run 🏃‍♀. The location is not close to any restaurants. The salmon dish I had was very good and not overcooked.

As the guest of a friend, walking into the Grand lobby of Grand Bay hotel gave me the feeling of poshness one rarely receives anymore even compared to other fine establishments that cost considerably more. The staff welcomed me in a friendly and pleasant way and the dining experience was devine. I highly recommend the salmon dinner. It was a brilliant piece of artwork. Our room faced the harbor where we immediately watched nature in all her glory with Mama duck and her many ducklings in a row paddling behind her but was more entranced with our view at night with all the sparkling lights reflecting like stars off the glassy water. The stay was most relaxing, and isn't that the point of a luxury hotel? At the very end i was more than pleased, even when my transportation broke down which i was then I was immediately provided assistance from an employee named Kevin, i think he said he was engineer or maintenance so was the perfect person to happily pop up the hood and within minutes he diagnosed my situation and got my vehicle going immediately. I offered a gratuity for all his help, but he just gave the biggest smile and said no ma'am, That's just what we do here and i hope you enjoyed your stay (which i did Kevin) and asked to please return and enjoy it again. Which i will! Thanks so much for your kind reception and such friendly employees

Very helpful staff and most the rooms have great views seems pretty common for business travellers. If you follow the sidewalks on the water side it leads to a nice strip mall, and the elevators are always pretty timely for how big of a hotel it is.

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend and had such a wonderful time. The service and people who work here made our time really special. Micheal and Moises who work at the bar really exceeded our expectations. Michael makes amazing drinks and has great customer service and Moises really made sure all our needs were met. Not to mention the food is amazing. Morgan who worked the front desk really went above and beyond for us, providing us with excellent customer service when we needed to change rooms and Justin helped me with my bags and luggage when changing rooms. He really was so kind and helpful. All these employees really made our weekend special. The views of the lagoon were beautiful! The rooms were exceptionally clean and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area! Thank you for such a great experience and training such an excellent staff.

This hotel gave us a fantastic experience! Service was excellent! Also, the view is pretty good, the rooms are comfortable and the food at their restaurant was delicious!
Another good reason to book this place is the walking are around it, you get a great view and a comfortable walk.

The Grand Bay Hotel provided a satisfactory accommodation experience during our recent visit. Located in a peaceful but central area, it offered a convenient base for our activities with opportunities for leisurely walks nearby.

Our room, although not the newest, was functional and met our needs well. It offered good value for the price. An enjoyable aspect of our stay was the pleasing view of the Bay Area from our room's window.

The standout feature of the hotel was the staff at reception. Their professionalism and helpfulness were commendable and contributed positively to our overall experience.

Awesome location for the army and Navy only downside is they have you on 10:00 curfew but other then that great place

Hotel is located in a good neighborhood unlike SFO which is now unsafe for travelers. The restaurant has good breakfast options, though lunch menu can be better.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly. Accommodated my sons 11th birthday by the pool with a few family members.

Very nice hotel with kind staff. The view of the lagoon is such a wonderful sight. Love the pool wish it was heated though and the market place needs to stay open longer. Shout out to Jazz and David for helping with all my questions.

I stayed here on a job interview. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The beds were amazing. I needed a ton of coffee to keep preparing for my interview. And they were able to supply it. Ubers and UberEats were easy to find the place. This hotel has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is also a bar.

We attended a financial planning seminar here. The food was excellent and the convention center staff is excellent.

Attended a wedding here. Rooms were good, location outdoors near the water is also pretty pleasant. Halls are big and spacious for a good event.

Amazing customer service and organization around events. I worked with the event manager to plan a work event and the customer service was above and beyond. Someone even got me a drink when I was setting up for the event. If you’re planning an event in the area I highly recommend looking here.

The sleeping rooms were also very nice!
