Check in was easy and our room was excellent. Conveniently located near the airport with included shuttle service. Our flight was late, but we still were able to catch a shuttle at 11:30 pm. We left very early on the first shuttle of the day, and that was packed to the gills. So many people and so much luggage. Kudos to driver for playing Tetris with the luggage. Standing room only full with some luggage in the front seat.

I stayed twice a couple of weeks ago while flying into and out of SFO. The hotel is a five minute shuttle ride from the airport. The shuttle partners with the Doubletree and was a very welcomed addition and was very efficient. Check in was easy and front desk staff friendly. The hotel has a restaurant. I ate both breakfast and dinner during my stay. I thought the restaurant did well for both. The room was pretty dated, but clean. The ac unit worked very well. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be the pillows were too firm for my liking. Overall, a good stay.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time while moving, and ran into a miscommunication that caused us a bit of stress. The manager was extremely hospitable and gracious, and made sure that our needs as residents were fulfilled.

The rooms are spacious and a good value, and we appreciated having a mini fridge. One minor nit is a lack of convenient outlet access in some areas.

Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone who desires the assurance of having staff and management who care about providing a high standard of hospitality. This is such a rarity nowadays, so it must be emphasized.

They have earned a regular customer in me, and I will always consider staying with IHG in my future personal and business trips.

The hotel is in a very good location, nice size rooms beds are super comfortable. There is a Keurig coffee and tea maker in the room which is super convenient. Good shower in the bathroom. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is awesome it's free unless you have luggage then it's $5 US per suitcase something they should really mention at the front desk. I took the shuttle a few times and the hotel guests were very unhappy when told by the driver they had to pay!!!

Good hotel close to the SFO airport and good shuttle services! The food is good, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean! Everything that you usually expect to have a good night of rest in a hotel!

Rooms clean, extremely busy hotel, lines at reception, understaff hotel no one would pickup phone at reception when calling from room for an issue. Overall not bad, clean rooms and inside rooms no outside noise.

Who on earth will give this hotel anything less than 5 stars? I was on the 9th floor for 3 nights with my 3yr old daughter. The view was A-1 fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, room service was awesome, front desk was welcoming/ super friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spotless. The price was reasonable for the quality of hotel, actually surprisingly affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel. I am a ihg diamond elite member, I am also extremely picky about places I stay with my babies. If you would like a relaxing night with good food and a view this hotel is the one to use....

Unfortunately I'm staying for only one night all the time.
The only hick up is one of the shuttle bus drivers, which is demanding 5 USD tip from random people.

I had a very nice stay. Mostly quiet and overall very clean. Note that you may want to stay on a side facing away from the wind direction since the wind can get a bit noisy. Also be sure to check your credit card activity after staying here. This one one of two places that may have had a data breach in which my card was cloned/hacked.

Loving the new robes, slippers, and water bottles in room upon checkin. Robes and slippers are so comfortable and warm on these cold and rainy days. Stay here often and rooms have always been very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, staff friendly and welcoming.

I arrived late to San Francisco, but only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle and quickly reached the hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was very nicely furnished, clean, fresh, and extremely comfortable.

Love the combination of elegance and security- nice hotel with attractive if not very spacious rooms. Beds are nice! Pillows comfy - staff hard working and attentive. You know you got a good decent place when you see entire groups of pilots and crew arriving with you. Decent price decent rooms. Might be older feeling, but never felt unclean. Ac was quite, bed was comfy frequent shuttles to airport. Great stay!

Absolutely the most amazing Hotel I've ever been to. Especially from the 5th floor 3 banquet rooms. Full gym, beautiful restaurant and bar, even a haircut shop and pool, plenty of snacks next to the desk. Customer service excellent 👌 Roomservice. Valet parking or park yourself. Shuttle to airport for only $5.00

I loved my stay here. Whoever runs this place knows how to run a good hotel. Not only did I extend my stay, but I even asked for late check out, I did not want to leave! Every part of the hotel made me feel at home. The staff were very kind and accommodating. I Iiked the rooms aesthetic and comfy beds. Great location to drive to do the SF tourist thing, but still far enough away to be able to come back at night and be able to relax with easy parking (25/night) and quiet area with a beautiful walk among the bay across the street. I'm definitely staying here next time I'm visiting SF!

Stayed here with a friend who was attending a conference at the So. SF Conferences Center. Rooms were clean. Nice bathroom. We spent quite a bit of time in the bar/restaurant so that is what I'll speak to most. Staff was excellent, really personable, and attentive. The food was actually really good. We had a couple of apps one night and dinner the next. Quality and presentation was above what I would have anticipated. All in all a great experience. Would definitely stay again if I had a conference or an early a.m. flight.

Stayed 2 nights and it was great. Room was clean well stocked. Even had my own fluffy white robe and slippers. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet and made to order omelets for a nominal fee. Staff was attentive, courteous and professional. Very convenient to freeway and complimentary airport shuttles. You'll love it here

it’s an old cocept hotel, so rooms are a little small. Good for single stay. Breakfast is good. That’s the old style way with a good protein selection. Clean. Overall good service. Hotel needs a little restoration here and there. It is close to the train station which is operating on weekends only. The Broadway strip right after the station in an awesome collection of all kind of restaurants. Take the train go to the city, rent a bicycle, if you’re good you can ride the golden gate bridge, then go to Sousalito, take the ferry to SF and you’ll pass by Alcatraz. There’s a shore walk to the right of the hotel, but I would rather go to the restaurant srip and stop at the farmers market for a smoothie! Take the pedestrians/bicycle bridge to cross the highway.
