Espetus San Mateo

Just had dinner with family and friends here on Wednesday, food was fabulous as always! The meats were seasoned and cooked beautifully. Favorites are the picanha, whole filet mignon, beef ribs, tri-tip, lamb, chicken hearts, grilled shrimp, salad bar, and grilled pineapple. Don’t fill up on salad though or you’ll miss the main attraction which are the meats. If you do have a vegetarian in your party, their salad bar has a very nice variety of options.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our server offered us fresh plates as we finished each round. He refreshed our beverages without having to ask. If we wanted a particular grilled item, he relayed it to the gauchos and they would appear momentarily at our table. I noticed that he was truly keeping an eye on all his tables, not just ours, giving them that same level of attention.

Went for lunch mid week. Food was incredible and service was amazing. Really good atmosphere also. Highly recommend.

Such a tremendous fresh grilled churrasco with 14 different slices of meat, grilled seafood, and 🍍.
A variety of Brazilian beer was fun to pick, dessert was also tasty, and no regrets about ordering after being full of main dishes.
My favorite was garlic beef, grilled belly, and spicy chicken wings. Yum
The staff served very kindly and well cared for. Happy to come back anytime!

Food is 10/10
Highlights would be the chicken hearts, picanha, shrimp. The other meats, hot foods, and salad bar were also amazing and high quality.

Service 10/10
Very accommodating, and the servers were always refilling our waters and asking us if we wanted more meats.

Ambiance 9/10
The venue is a bit cramped when it was Mother’s Day. However the presentation on the tables, the food was excellent.

We had our office Christmas party here and we loved everything. The food was delicious. I loved the paella, bone marrow and the grilled pineapples are a must. So yummy! The servers were very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was happy Christmas vibes. We will definitely be coming back again.

Loved the place, even better than the ones I ate in Brazil. Excellent salad bar, excellent selection of meats / shrimps, very good service, no idea though as I brought in there by my great family as birthday event. Signature Sirloin was my favorite, homemade Sangria was really good. Happy Birthday ice cream and staff memners band was amazing. Another amazing experience at Espetus. We are never disappointed each and every time we dine here. Tonight was no exception. Felipe our waiter and the staff were extremely attentive. The buffet, the meat options, and shrimp were delicious. The best I've ever had. We can't wait to return once again.

My Wife and I celebrate Valentines early and for 2024 decided to eat here again. Like last time, food was awesome, atmosphere was awesome, service was awesome. Will visit again soon 😄. Parking can be a block or two walk depending on the time of day. We were able to park a block away at 11:30AM Tuesday.

Second time having dinner there and it was better than the first time. The food was delicious, ribs, chicken, shrimp, steak, lamb, ox tails and more!!! We were stuffed, couldn't fit in any dessert. Reservations were required. We didn't have one tonight but they seated us anyway with an hour and half time limit. Our server Antonio was excellent!!

High Class Restaurant, good atmosphere, Nice Salad bar area & hot table variety across from it. But the real winner is the freshly cooked variety of meats that are constantly brought to your table on skewers for you to choose how much you want by waiters since this is an all you can eat restaurant. I can't give you the price per person because I was someone's guest, but am sure it is at the high end of prices due to what it offers. Also rated highly by others. An amazing Churrascaria experience. Great ambiance and service.
Before the meats, the salad bar itself had a lot of great food options, though i tried to keep it as light to make space for the meat. The Caipirinha was stiff and delicious.
There is a HUGE variety of meats that keep coming to your table. They were all delicious, some more than the others. The grilled pineapple was great too. Come hungry!

We always dine in Espetus on my Husband and son’s birthday. Its food, service and atmosphere are always alway outstanding!!!and oooh the salad bar and the dessert are to die for!!❤❤❤

This is one of the best churrasco experience in the peninsula. The variety of meat is unbelievable, and the quality of the meatsv are superb. There are also a huge selection of salad, other hot entrees, and wines. You got to check it out to feel the difference.

Our family loves this restaurant, two sons are meat eaters. Last evening, my husband was to a business flight. We had a dinner here to farewell. We were so full that we decided to just have a glass of juice the next morning. We will frequent this restaurant. Wish your prosperous.

I finally got to try out this Brazilian steakhouse after a lot recommendation from my friends. The first time I entered the ambiance of the place is great and relaxing I was greeted by a friendly staff and all the other staff were friendly. The side dishes are great and the salad bar is great as well. The meat the was served was cooked to perfection and was very delicious. I have been to other Brazilian steakhouse restaurants before, but this one is the best one in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this place. Try this place out, you will not regret it.

Guys this is a fantastic place! Staff is attending and friendly, food is fresh and very tasty in the salad bar and most of all special requests for meats are not just welcome they are encouraged! The warm and friendly hostess Eduarda is just fantastic, welcoming dinners with her charm and smile! This is a gem! I would encourage you to take a trip and check this fantastic restaurant! I would say a solid:Deserves a trip!

Espetus is delicious each and every time. This visit was extra nice for a couple of reasons. One, every server was speeding to each table with purpose. Usually, our table never has to wait too long for another meat-bearer to arrive, but today we needed to flip our marker from green to red just to stop the onslaught of juicy and savory delights.

Number two was the new items I haven't had before. The pork ribs were amazingly tender and the guava BBQ chicken wings were great.

There was the usual lively atmosphere. Not a place for a quiet conversation. A great setting to mark life's special landmarks or introduce small town guests to the wonder that is a Brazilian Steakhouse.

Outstanding food and service. I’m not even a big meat eater, but i loved their filet mignon as well as the baked salmon, pineapple on a skewer, and tangy chicken wings. All the waiters were eager to please! Ask and you will receive.

Great food amazing experience. This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat!
