Marlin Cove Shopping Center

Love the place. We come here regularly every weekends for the Asian supermarket (99 Ranch). The supermarket is always stocked up with Asian products and produces. Plus, this place is within 10 minutes driving from our place, so it’s pretty convenient.
While we’re there, we basically would spend our brunch there, too. The Korean Soon Tofu soup, the Vietnamese New Sai Gon, and the Chinese Tai Wu restaurant are all good place to eat. We tried them all. The only place we never go is the pizza restaurant 🫣 apologize but when we’re in Asian-vibe neighborhood, we prefer Asian cuisines. That’s out bias.
There are other shops that are pretty convenient if you come for the market but have some other businesses to take care of. The optometry, the hair salon, the dry cleaners, the printing service, etc. Heck, they have a martial arts center here as well.
Sometimes we need to do printing and international shipping so we often visit the UPS at this location. Nice staff and service. Extremely patient with our clumsiness and requests. The dessert store here is also delicious, so you can give it a try.

Marlin cover has many great stores and restaurants and convenient services like the ups store. There is a good amount of parking and many disabled spots and cut curbs.

It was so cold and snowing 🌨 and I complained. Seeing these fires 🔥 I appreciate every tiny cold 🥶 snow that landed on me. Praying for those affected by October through September fires.

Go visit Street Food - good Chinese food for you all

Though Rench market is known for chinese grossary shop but we will get Very good vegetables and fruits in a very pleasant atmosphere.

99 Ranch great place to shop. Great selection of produce and meat wonderful bakery. Great selection of Asian products.

The UPS store on foster city blvd is the best. Always courteous and helpful especially to senior citizens. :).

Great place if you have money to spend.

Visit Marlin Cove for Ranch 99 and occasionally the ups store. Parking can get a little tight on weekend mornings, but Ranch 99 is worth it.

Clean and well-kempt mall. Has a ranch 99, and a variety of Asian restaurants.

Good selection of goods & services including some office tenants. Parking OK.

Easy to get to, nice parking, and almost everything you'll want right here.

True Chinese Market with a lot of fresh fish and tasty food court.

Basic shops, but meets quick needs.. atm, eatouts, medical lab, urgent care, ups

Convenient place for grocery shopping. There is also an optometrist and a clinic.

Lots of tasty food, very clean, easy parking.
