Café Kai

It's been so long since I've been here. Jamie is one of the owners. Used to work with her at clearwater casino. Her and her husband have had this spot for a long time and they have always had yummy products. Today they were hosting a car meet for the first time. The turn out was amazing. They have massubi, different kinds of drinks, and some fried noodles. Can't wait to visit again.

Just found this place after living in Bremerton for a year. Wish I’d known about it sooner. The spicy tuna onagiri is amazing - just like you can get in Hawaii or Japan. My husbands had spam musabi and says it’s legit too. Prices are very good too. I will be back for sure!

Their Bacon Avocado Musubi is so freaking delicious. Their food is always amazing. Love how they only have a drive-thru. It goes by so fast!

I've been going to Cafe Kai for years. The staff there always make you feel welcomed and will share in the laughs. I've had many experiences where they've remembered details about me and even my family. They check in and truly make you feel valued as a customer but even more as a person. Their musubi's are equally up to par with their customer service and the coffee? Absolutely delightful. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried Cafe Kai to get their Bacon avocado musubi, plantation iced tea, and their dirty chai mac-nut coffee. They are an amazing spot for the Kitsap community.

Such a great combo. I pulled up to the window to be greeted with kindness and I left with some great food. Will definitely come back and hope this place gets more recognition

The staff are wonderful as well as the food and drinks! The spam musubi is amazing every single variety and the drinks are always well made. Will be coming here as long as they are in business!

We’ve been wanting to go here for so long, but they’re always closed when we’re in the area! Our friends picked us up some Musubi this morning and we are hooked! So so good!

Absolutely amazing, both the service and quality of food and beverage are above and beyond, not to mention quick and friendly, the line might be long but the wait is never too long, I highly recommend if you are in the area.

I visited the cafe kai in Bremerton for the first time yesterday. I live right up the road and have wanted to try it for the longest. The young lady who was working the drive through window was awesome. She was so nice, and cheerful! She was smiling, and helpful. Being treated so well by nice people first thing in the morning really starts your day off well! AND NOW THE FOOD! I had never had musubi before, and have wanted to try it. I ordered the SPAM MUSUBI. It was life changing!! I got the spicy sauce with it (Sriracha mayo). It was fresh and warm and absolutely delicious! What a perfect breakfast! And CHEAP! The price was only $2.50 +tx.. Needless to say I will be a frequent flyer at Cafe Kai. Thank you for a life changing experience! 🥰

This is my favorite place in Bremerton. They are only open weekdays so I get excited when I have a day off that I can swing by!! My favorite drink is their Red bull spritzer with guava and macadamia nut syrup. Sop good. Their island sweet iced tea is awesome too. You can't go wrong with any of the musubis. Such a cool vibe, great owners, and awesome food and drinks!!!!

I realize that food centered around Spam is not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like Spam you will love this place!

Cafe Kai is the BEST! The candy, musubis and coffee are all amazing! Not to mention the people who own it and run are some of the sweetest and most genuine people. I'd recommend to anyone!

This is the best musubi in all of kitsap!! The coffee is good too but I mostly come here when I’m craving musubi. The building is decorated nicely as well.

Really good! Love the musubis and the sweet tea! Try the Kalua pork Musubi - it's worth the extra money! Delicious and huge!

I got there early last week and didn't realize it was drive up only until 10 am and I seen the sign. We were the first ones there but by the time I knew we couldn't walk in there were 4 cars in line. I was number 5 and so glad I waited. A little disappointed that the online menu wasn't the same as what they were selling but didn't want to waste the trip ( I wanted pork hash) so I ordered the spam/bacon avocado musubi, chicken musubi and plantation tea and was blown away! Tasted so ono! I will definitely go back and hopefully they'll have more items and staff, but shout out to Jessie who was holding down the fort and being all friendly!

Always game to go for Musubi! Ask for the spicy sauce, it's so delicious! Had a Teriyaki Spam and an Avocado Bacon Spam today, just wonderful. Hits the spot like nothing else. Cafe Kai rocks!

Cafe Kai is the the best around for musubi. I recommend the Spam, Avocado and bacon musubi! And don't forget your bottle of sauce!!! A+++

First time trying this place and it was an incredible experience. Wonderful food and everyone is really nice! I'm dangerously close to this place so I will be back!!

So happy I was able to get my hands on some Cafe Kai! There was a line, but not too long of a wait. Tofu musubi slaps (for all my vegans out there). Tea was a lil too sweet for my liking, but over all great food. From the one bite I had of the pumpkin haupia pie.... it was so yum, just wish they had a vegan option. But thankful for the few options that they had, esp this far away from the city. Will definitely be coming back!
