What a great pharmacy! A very lovely brother and sister team own and staff the pharmacy, and they're just as pleasant as can be. This is a full-service pharmacy - you can get vaccinations, including COVID and flu vaccines, as well as your prescriptions filled here. Don't bother with the CVS down the road; the wait times are too long and staff aren't very friendly. Instead bring your business here; you won't be disappointed.

Very nice, respectful and professional staff. Unlike all other pharmacies that just send you a lab result through the mail or text messages, the pharmacist was very caring and called us as soon as she knew we tested positive for COVID to advise us to quarantine and take care of ourselves.

What a lovely family!! Amazing pharmacy service. Highly recommend. If you want to have an easy and good experience picking up your medicines come here. Their prices on vitamins, snacks and medical items are cheaper than the CVS across the street. They were so nice calling the big chain pharmacy I used to go to to transfer my prescriptions that I didn't have to do too much when switching to them.

We visited My Neighbor Pharmacy for our second covid vaccines and the process could not have been smoother. Scheduling was a breeze as was the process day of. Nancy and her brother were so friendly and welcoming and really made us feel at ease for our vaccines. We will definitely be returning for additional pharmacy needs!

By far the best pharmacy experience I have had. Local, family owned and run. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent care. Have a good selection of medical equipment, including foot insoles, supports, diabetic shoes, and the usual first aid supplies. Definitely the place to go for COVID vaccinations and testing.

At this pharmacy they definitely care for your needs! I enjoyed seeing both brother and sister working alongside each other and seeing their bond. I heard about this pharmacy from a coworker and now I’m referring others there. Tried the “pure organic layered fruit bars” and I regret not buying more than 3! Definitely recommend!!!

I used My Neighbor Pharmacy today for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. The pharmacist, Ms. Nancy Boulos, was very attentive to my needs and eager to offer solutions. The rest of the staff was equally focused on my needs. I will definitely be back.

Unlike the chain pharmacies, My Neighbor answers the phone when you call. A human being. And they take the time to talk to you.

Looked high and low for covid vaccinations for my husband and I found it. Took my husband and he had a reaction to being pricked so when we came back for the 2nd dose the Pharmacist walked my husband out and and she called me the next day to make sure he was okay, you just don't get that level of service anymore. Thank you, that meant a lot. I have sent my mom and she has been spreading the word about you guys.

Very professional and one of the only places that I found who had tests. They handled the long lines for Covid testing perfectly. I drive from Centreville to support this local pharmacy because of their customer service.
