The Burke kohl store is very clean. The staff is very friendly and my check out was fast and easy. They gave me the 30% discount even though I forgot to bring my coupon.

Good Kohl's location! This specific one was pretty standard. Clean, with all the shelves and floors being wiped and products being neatly stocked. The products themselves were basically what you'd find at any Kohls - home goods, clothes, jewelry, etc. Staff were decently friendly too.

The employees at the Kohl Burke store in Virginia are efficient and very friendly. I was welcome when I came in Thursday , October 31. Both, the employee at the Amazon return drop and the cashier in the front, were exceptionally efficient and friendly.

Good clean store. Has a Sephora and an Amazon return. Plenty of parking. Staff is always nice and friendly.

I love Kohl's brand! There's always a great sale on quality items, and the overall customer service is great. I've noticed their prices have gone up, unfortunately, yet they are my go-to for last-minute items. I wish this location, however, had more staff as I always wait 20-30 mins to be checked out. Yet it's customer service, and we're still in a pandemic, which has impacted this profession greatly. Overall, I'm never disappointed with products, and they are always putting out holiday item's in advance, which I love!

We had a great store experience at our Burke Kohl's with our excellent cashier Omar, who was helpful and kind, and the item we purchased was great quality and a really good price.

Mainly come here for Amazon returns and maybe buy a kitchen utensil with the coupons. Returns process is super fast and easy.

Tried to do the store survey, but it didn't let me mention the associate. Troy was fantastic both times we interacted with him. He is friendly, relatable, and very pleasant to be around. He was helpful with all my requests and I hope to see him in a management position sometime soon!

Not many people between 4 and 5 if you prefer to go when it's not busy. I had an amazin return and decided to try and use their easy drop off service and it is exactly how they advertise!! To top it off you get a coupon to use in the store for that day only. Great marketing move on their part!

Great store! I LOVE to shop here especially with a 20 percent Coupon!! It’s a bit pricey but clothes last FOREVER. I am very proud about how they are handling COVID, everybody had masks and they even clean the counters after each customer! Would definitely recommend!
