The young gentleman who was working alone made sure to multitask between his client whom he was finishing a new phone line contract, and a lady who came in to make a return and me. I’d say my transaction took 20 minutes and he was working alone. So props to him

The manager at this store (I didn't get his name) is amazing and consistently goes above and beyond based on our interactions and watching his interactions with other customers. My warranty had expired but he went through several options to help me with my device issue. Highly recommend!

My family and I went into this Verizon store yesterday after being completely fed up with a different provider. I rely on my phone for work and was extremely upset with how bad my service was going. So we decided to switch. Muneeb (manager) as well as his team (Melissa and Q) made the entire process smooth and painless. They answered all of our questions, made sure we were getting the best deals and stayed to ensure we had everything from choice of phone to a flawless screen protector added to each phone. We expected this to be a grueling task because of past experiences. Now we are kicking ourselves for not switching over sooner, had we know it would be this easy we would not have waited. Thank you Muneeb and team for all your help! If you are looking to switch/upgrade or just have general questions this is the store to stop at!

I bought a new phone for my wife on Amazon. We went to this location to have the date transferred. Garrick was the person who helped us. He was friendly, professional, humorous, and really good at problem solving. The data transfer was more challenging than expected but Garrick was able to figure it out. The service we received today was customer service at its best!

Michael went above and beyond in helping us try to figure out a thorny problem involving SIM cards and a new iPhone 12. Basically his manager left him to figure it out late on a Saturday afternoon, and he patiently spent the next 2 hours in triage among us, other customers who would pop in, and Tech Support on the phone. It all worked out in the end, but it took a loooong time...and we appreciated his patience and persistence!

First, this store follows COVID protocols and I felt comfortable in the store. The staff is well trained, responsive and patient. All of my questions, and there were many b/c it's been years since buying a new phone, were answered with ease.

Had a great experience at this Verizon retailer on 7/9/20. My husband and I had just flown in from Germany (moving back to the US) and needed new phones, new numbers, the works. We came in 45 min before closing and Ashley was gracious about helping us get set up and even keeping the store open 20 min past closing!
