Comfort One Shoes

I gave in and purchased a new pair of ON Cloud sneakers 👟. Yes, I find them racy in price, but they are so... comfy and worth it!!!
When I first started my search, I was hesitant and confused. It was difficult finding one store that had a selection to pick from. My daughter reminded me that Comfort Shoes, located in the Fairfax Towne Center, has the best selection. I found it helpful, going to Comfort Shoes to receive the best customer care, ever. Gregg listened to my concerns and explained details about these lightweight sneakers of which I had not thought of. This process allowed me to get fitted properly.
I normally don't do this... but I walked out with my new Cloud 5 - Nimbus Alloy's...on.
I look forward to purchasing my next pair.

Amazing store, I've bought shoes here for the past three years. All the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, they really help me pick the shoes that work best for me. I wear their shoes as long as I can and come back for more! The highlight of this business is really their staff. The shoes are great, but the staff is what makes me a return customer.

Teresa was wonderful help with choosing on clouds for my husband and I. She was patient and kind while I tried on almost every pair! Definitely top not service!

My mother and I had the most delightful experience at this store! I live in a remote town in Oregon and I shop for shoes here when I come to visit my family. The shoes are absolutely the most comfortable I be ever put on my feet and I should know - I’m a nurse and I spend 12 hours plus 3-4 times a week in my feet. The technology they use to evaluate your feet for shoes with the best fit makes the experience unique to you. The styles available are very fashionable and keep step with European styles. Style, function, comfort and expertise. Thank you Greg and team! The only suggestion we would make is to carry styles available in the downtown DC store. Also, another salesperson would be helpful during peak hours as the two gentleman working were very attentive but we could see there were times that it was a challenge to address all the customers who came in at once adequately.

Jon is the man! During the course of an hour, he attended to each of my family members (3), exchanged pleasantries with my toddler, attended to two other guests, all while managing the store entirely on his own. He never made any one of us feel like we had to wait, he was knowledgeable, patient and beyond kind. A true professional. Been to countless shoe stores and never received the service nor the expertise—ever. I have yet to make a purchase bc I had to run, but I will be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good quality shoe matched with amazing service (it’s a lost art!).

Truly a gem. They have high quality shoes from Europe and other countries too. The best part is that they have so many options with great arch support, even in their sandals & dress shoes. Then they have many styles options for casual shoes that are a leap above normal tennis shoes.
