Today, after several tries and a lot of pain, I made it into the store. I recently had hip replacement and am not able to shop. Becky reached out to me, and understood my situation. She responded to my every need, and helped me so much. I couldn’t have done it without her help. I walked away satisfied with exactly what I needed. Becky did all this while maintaining a very busy store. Thank you!

Loft store is a great place to go shopping. There are very nice and helpful ladies ready to assist you!.I went to pick up my order, but when I tried it ,it was a little small,so I ordered in the store a size up and they are sending my order for free to my home, what a great service!
