JC Penny's has such sophisticated, timeless clothing, in my opinion. I particularly love going here for nice slacks, pantsuits, and skirtsuits for work. This store has a great selection of merchandise and I've experienced friendly service here. I've been here to shop in-store and to pick up online orders. I've had to return a couple things and that process went smoothly here.

The location in Fair Oaks Mall near Monument Dr., Rt. 50, and I66 is accessible and convenient to other places of interest.

There's a large parking lot that's shared between two department stores and another that only serves JC Penney. I've never had an issue finding a space in either lot. In the smaller lot, you can find spaces right up against a side door that leads into the Home section and around the corner of the Returns/Exchanges/Online Pickup counter.

Low prices online than in store and hassle free pick up at your own convenience. Disney product are buy1 get 1 50% off. Great gift for kids.

I got excellent customer service in kids department from Syeda was knowledgeable and very helpful.Prices are pretty good and reasonable.

Easy in and easy out with parking on second level right by the door. I do online ordering and then pick up items in the store. Always a good experience.

This location is usually well-stocked with a variety of items. At a recent visit, Edith went above and beyond to answer questions, address concerns, and her assistance and service led me to finalize the purchase. Would highly recommend!

I visited the store recently. My sister was getting married and she needed a simple yet elegant dress to change into after she was married. We found that dress and we're so excited. The store is huge and offers a plethora of options. The store was kept very clean and the staff members were very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this store for a visit.

Go here for window treatments! They have a huge showroom of curtains and blinds. Every store has something great they offer and I feel this is the best place to see curtains in Fairfax. I got a bunch on clearance and they are gorgeous for my 9 foot ceilings. Photos to come in March.

This JC Penny was swamped as it was Black Friday shopping time. Despite the extremely long lines and wall to wall people, the cashier still located an employee to assist me in carrying out my oversized furniture item purchase to my car. I could never have managed myself. Was very helpful and I was able to bring home and early Christmas present I would never have done otherwise as I had no clue how I would get it outside when I was shopping alone. Thank you!!

Still a great store with quality items and affordable prices.
Yet the Corporation could give not one middle finger for its workers.
Retail will always be about profit, not its workers.

This particular location has pleasantly surprised me on numerous occasions. The store itself was recently renovated and is very clean, with the selection itself being substantial. They seem short-staffed, there were only two associates on the floor when we visited, but that has never impacted our experience. We routinely find exactly what we're after at a great price; give em a chance!

Recently we had a photo shoot in JCPenny portraits. I preferred here due to great photo deal. We got amazing family pictures. I really don't want to discuss in detail, but we got 20+ pictures(soft copies), 10 hard copies for reasonable price.
Last but not the least, few snaps are at their best :)

I love this JCpenney Store in Fair Oaks Mall. I have purchased most of my clothes here. There is a great selection for big and tall sizes and the prices are a real bargain. It has a good customer service. I have been coming to shop here for the last 15 years. Come and enjoy shopping here.

Great service, helpful staff and decent selection. Prices were competitive after discounts for men's formal wear and shoes.

I got a fantastic sweater deeply discounted I don't know if the current day mall is dying If So I'll convey my fond regards, But that's not gonna stop me from moving in there and getting any more good deals I can spot.

Had been searching for Nikes for my 10 year old granddaughter at all the top name athletic shoes stores in the mall. They either didn't have her size or they were over 100 bucks. Guess what found Nikes at JCPenney children's shoe department under 50.00 bucks needless to say we were both happy!
