Great thanks to Chelsey in customer service at the Home Depot location in Hiram, GA (Store #0151). She went above and beyond assisting me today and should be commended for her outstanding customer service!

This location is well organized and helpful. I didn't know how to find the right items for my new drill and the staff showed me what to buy. I had to make a return but I didn't have my receipt. I received store credit and used the credit to get what I wanted. The cashier even gave me military discount.

Love the Home Depot in Hiram. I'm always greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. In most Home Depots you can't find wallpaper unless you buy it on line. I was able to complete a couple projects the same day. 😁

Antonio Redding and Donald are very helpful. Antonio came to us to help without us asking but he figured we needed it.We need more people like them. Please give this men recognition! They helped us with our questions regarding our pool and carrying sand bags. Thank you so much. There are also other
staff that are willing to help. This is the best Home Depot I've been to! Don't ever change.

I like Home Depot. Plenty of plants to chose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Home Depot always warranty their plants. I usually don’t shop on the weekends. I gets quite busy. The pictures below are some of the plants I bought at Home Depot.

Excellent experience in this store today. Needed a specific electrical connector, didnt know what it was called, and Greg knew exactly what i needed and was extremely friendly and helpful.

I stood at the order and pickup services for about 10 mins waiting for assistance on finding wire tacks. Fast forward everyone was unwilling to help and ignored me even after a lady said she would call someone to assist. What happen to taking initiative? Then I go back to ask and she annoyingly sighs and says HAYDEN can you please help this lady in electrical which was across from their desk, not at all a far distance. Also not to mention there were 3 employees standing chatting! HAYDEN took me over and nicely assisted me he should definitely be a MANAGER. He took the initiative to assist me when everyone else just wanted to stand around and talk. I truly appreciated his attitude and he honestly made my day!

This place was crazy today! Ive never, ever seen a home depot so busy ever in my life. I still don't know what they were giving away but, we were able to get assistance from a few employees and got through check out pretty quick considering how busy it was. Our 1st time in this store, as we just moved to this area.

You know how it is when you're "this close" to finishing that project but can't find that simple tool to get the job done. Well, I had help today from an great Home Depot Associate at the Hiram, GA location. His name is 'Little Kenny.' Thank you for going the extra mile. Outstanding Customer Interaction & Service! Personable & Professional! I would highly recommend you shop there and say hi to Little Kenny.

Norma the sales woman was awesome in appliances! Give this lady a raise!! Bought a Samsung washer and she made it a breeze! Oh and bought some beautiful Mums too!

Check out was speedy..customer service was good ,it was not hard finding an associate for assistance..

I appreciate the polite and smiling help at the returns desk, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but we talked lizards as I brought my bearded dragon with.
Also thanks to Alicia R in garden for help with my reptile substrate materials *and* (not even her department) *lighting* search. She truly went above and beyond trying to accommodate my needs and budget.
And thanks to Walker with price correction at checkout. He was very nice and even helped with my dragon while scanning.
Appreciate you guys! Will return for sure.

Great customer service by Chalo! I had my toddler kids with me and didn’t have much time to be in the store. He made my shopping experience easy!! He asked if I needed help, he found what I needed and helped me get additional items to go with my purchase.

They have what you need at competitive prices. The employees are friendly and helpful when you need them.

I went in for a few home improvement items: 3/4” shark bites, shark bite deburring tool, pipe cutter. I used the app to find the aisle and bay they were located. The app is super quick and the store was very organized, allowing me to be in and out in less than 10 minutes with repare products in hand.

Lots of staff. Very helpful. Well organized store.

I love my home Depot (esp for us girls) they have not only a clean store but friendly employees who are willing to help when I can find them/ they should have diy classes for women !! Keep up the good work

Great service! My fiancé and I went to Home Depot to buy blinds and for the most part they had what we needed. There were 2 sizes that we needed that they didn’t have in stock, the manager Laura helped us by cutting 2 bigger sizes into the smaller sizes we needed. Although they were super busy, she took great care of us and made sure we left happy! She was super nice, definitely one of the best people that I have encountered recently with that great of customer service!
