Philip was a great help! It was my mom's first time visiting. He made sure we were able to find our selections and he suggested some great shoes! 10/10 will come back again!

This store is well stocked with a variety of shoes! The customer service is great! They frequently run BOGO 50% off which is very helpful! Additionally, they allow a 10% discount on Tuesday for military. I highly recommend!

Very nice employee named Ted. Very friendly and a nice helpful guy. Me my husband and daughter all were talking to him and he was super fun to talk to. He deserves more than a 5 star great service and great employee.

Such a nice guy assisted me today at Rack Room, at the Hiram Pavilion store. He actually came back to see if he could help me in any way. I told him I just wanted to look around. I later found a good looking pair of Skechers but did not see the size I needed so I walked back to the front of the store to go out and he checked with me on finding anything, and I said I did not see my size. Well he came around and said let’s go back there and see, and he went right to the size I needed. He was truly such a sincere nice guy, you could tell he really wanted to help. I believe his name was Ted, hope I remembered correctly. He was so sincere in his politeness.

Returned a pair of shoes I bought online. Didn't have a receipt... I had no issue. I even bought another pair bc I couldn't decide. Still gave me the buy one get one 50% off deal!!

Great new selections since last year that I shopped here. Tons of Hey Dudes and Crocs for those who love those brands in kids and adult sizes. They do not have public restrooms.

The service was exceptional. I needed 2 size 12 work boots and they only had one pair. They called ahead to another store, had them hold a pair for me, and still honored the BOGO deal.

The store had a wide variety of brands and styles. The young lady who waited on me was helpful and had a sense of humor. I did buy 2 pairs of shoes! I will definitely buy another pair or two.

I love Rack Room Shoes. I visited this Rack Room Shoes right before school started. The Hiram location had a great variety of shoes for women, men and kids. I was able to purchase four pairs of name-brand shoes (Adidas and Nike) for under $80, for my son. Rack Room Shoes is known for their buy one get one 50% off sale and their clearance section was popping at this location. The sale is applicable to clearance items (and I hope they never change that.) It also pays off to be a reward member. The program is free and you end up receiving coupons to apply on top of the in-store discounts. I saved an additional $15 because of the rewards. I highly recommend Rack Room Shoes to shop for shoes for your kids. This location had a great selection and the prices were Frugal mom friendly. I plan to return soon for early holiday shopping.

They have a very awesome point reward system this is the only place I get mine or my children's shoes if they don't have your size they can order them at the store and get them shipped to you
