Walmart Supercenter

This was the best experience I have ever had here. Happen to be there at close and my husband didn't remove the lock on his debit card. I didn't have my phone to call him and the gentleman who was working paid $6 for my stuff and didn't want me to send him the money back. This was a great kid and thankful for being treated respectful even though I was short on my money.

This is my favorite Walmart to go to, every employee I have encountered has always been helpful. The only thing they need to work on is to have more of the larger self check-outs open in the early morning hours especially Saturdays. They always have all the small ones open and only one or two of the larger ones open.

Walmart stores are worldwide. That said, what would set one apart from the other? The answer is CUSTOMER SERVICE! My customer service specialist was Mr. Timothy. I had medical issues that caused difficulties. Timothy not only got a device to assist me, but he made sure I was cared for throughout the store. This was done all while he assisted other customers. Superb!

Read a lot of the reviews 99 percent are self inflicted. I have shopped at this Walmart since 1996 some things have changed but the customer service still remains outstanding

This Walmart is a little different then most I have been to as in food was on my right when ever other on I have been to it was on the left but besides that overall it's a very nice Walmart to go to they have a good selection of fishing gear and the wait in line wasn't long at all but on thing that was crazyy is the the parking lot was slap full had to park on the far side but that's not there falt everyone and there mommy was there

So I'm not sure if I've already done a review for this walmart, but I just want to say that I absolutely love this Walmart. I went around 7:30 in the morning and the store was super clean everything was zoned and looked really nice. I also want to say that during the pandemic they are slowly starting to get restocked on essential items that we've been without for a while especially Lysol and wipes. So definitely if you're in the area check this Walmart out

Everything was excellent today. I had forgotten to pick up one of my supplements. Luckily, they had what I needed in stock. Gotta take care of my hair.

One of the nicest Walmarts I've ever been to! It was clean, stocked and the staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely what you would expect from a large business instead of what it usually is in other stores. Wish it was closer to home!!

Updated 3-5-24: 5 stars. Great grocery pickup area. This store has a consistently good staff for curbside pickup. Timing is prompt and employees are courteous. It's nice that I can choose to use my own bags at pickup now. I don't go in much anymore.

Updated 4-18-22: Upgraded to 5 stars. The store has been remodeled and curbside pick-up has been upgraded but it's slower than before. It's much bigger than before. It's ok that it's slow because it's hard to find employees right now. WM employees are always exceptionally nice so I'm not complaining! Store layout makes sense and I never have to wait for self-checkout lines now. It would be great to have a fuel station at this location but you can't have everything. 😀

Updated 5-17-17: This store is being remodeled and is clean and well stocked. I'm looking forward to grocery pick-up at this location! The self checkout area has improved greatly and this helps with long lines. The large majority of employees at the Hiram Wal-Mart care. The gentleman who is a greeter is fantastic!

Nice bobtail truck friendly Walmart. I was able to get in, park and stock up my supplies on the truck.

The two Walmart Supercenters on Cobb Pkwy in Marietta, GA are so outstanding. Especially with the ceiling installed over by the one that's closer to Windy Hill Road.

I shop at different walmart locations, but I do have my fav! stores.

Because I love it and it's easier to find the stuff you're looking for.

Lots of inventory! Clean store. Plenty of staff. Food is fresh. veggies can be stale at times.

The staff Christmas Eve night were angels 😇 I appreciate everyone for all their help!

Walmart is Walmart. Having said that, this is a good one. We are glad it is here! They generally have what we need. The pharmacy is great.

Thank you all. June 2023 marked 3 years of fighting & winning against Cancer, 48 days in Critical ICU. We could go no where except Doctors, hospitals, pharmacy. On line was/is the only way we were able to get food.

Darcie & Sara are truly Amazing, they took their time to help me although Bakery isn’t their dept!!! I highly encourage anyone who needs not only a special cake done but anything you need come to this Walmart, Exceptional customer service!! 10/10 recommend!!

Staff rude as normal my girlfriend is black so of course everyone there looks at us and makes her feel uncomfortable! Great job Walmart! Living up to your company expectations as always.
