Very good customer service,Natalie who returned our call with a pleasant eager to help flawless approach. She set our appointment to accommodate what we needed and our technician Al who was very professional, pleasant and knew what he was doing. He got us fixed just right in hardly no time wasted at all. We need more businesses just like these.

Mr. Allen was great. He was there waiting for me even though I was a few minutes late. He was speedy and walked me through every step of getting me a new key for my car. Great service!

The time it took me to make my first call for a service request to the time the job was done and the lockman left was only a little over an hour! I was surprised how quickly I received service. Terry, the worker who came, was so friendly and efficient. I appreciated the way he made sure I knew what was going on too.

Trulox saved me! Locked out of my apartment at 7am on a morning I’m supposed to catch a plane. They were there within 20 minutes and had door unlocked in next five. Still made my flight. Friendly, fast and in this case so helpful! I’m glad I called them.

Some vandal stuck a matchstick so deeply into my front door lock last night that I was not able to remove it. I called Trulox this morning and they had technician (Terry) at my house within 30 minutes. Terry quickly disassembled the lock and removed the obstruction. He was competent, friendly, and courteous and I would not hesitate to call Trulox (and specifically Terry) for any future lock problems.

On 4/30/24 I locked myself out of my apartment , with car keys and house keys on the counter. OMG , I tried to get In but could not.I call your Locksmith Company they were very helpful and professional,Ms Lee and I think the Locksmith name was Mr Terry, They really came through for me,They were Heaven Sent God Bless Y'all.I will refer your company to others in the future.

When I called Trulox Locksmith they were very polite and helpful. They were able to replace the key to my son's car quickly and explained how the key broke while in the ignition. I would definitely recommend them.
