Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center

We stayed at this hotel a while back for a weekend, and we loved it. Our room had an excellent atrium view, and it was lovely. We had a comfy bed; the room had everything we needed. The hotel has a beautiful atrium under a vast glass house with a small town-like setting. It has shops, restaurants, a tree garden, and a water fountain, which we loved wandering around. We also enjoyed afternoon wine at its lobby bar overlooking the atrium and Potomac River, which was quite romantic. Many dining options are within walking distance from the hotel and attractions in National Harbor. We had a few drinks at the rooftop bar, and it had a nice view of the harbor. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to make unforgettable memories.

Beautiful hotel. Self parking is close and convenient. Water pressure in showers was excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly. Atrium was amazing to view in person. We had partially obstructed river view, but still great view.

Great hotel, rooms are very nice and they keep them cleaned daily. Beds are just right. just one restaurant and it starts at $100 a person so that's a downside when you just want to stay at the hotel. They do have a sports bar/game room. The chocolate chip cookies are pretty good.

There are a lot of restaurants just across the street within walking distance.

Monumental old-money edifice. I can't fathom the budget needed to build something similar today. Classic in every sense of the word. Dino has a shoe polish business inside the convention center. Great place for professionals to meet, offer presentations, study and network on the way forward. My experience has always been grand. 5-star

My deal is that I love the coffee shop and Belvedere lounge on the mezzanine. This place is just nicely run and a good spot for conferences. It’s a great place to go journal and drink some coffee before heading out on the water at National Harbour.

We visited over the holiday and this was a trip that neither myself nor my family will ever forget. From the moment we walked in the doors, we were treated with the utmost care and respect. We had a personal escort to our room, which far exceeded all expectations. There was an abundance of holiday decorations, around the hotel and in our room, which set the tone for an all around magical experience. Phenomenal service. Fantastic rooms.

Exceptional hospitality here. Top notch facility with every amenity you could want. A spectacular location with a great variety of shops restaurants and trails to enjoy! Highly recommend this venue for your next corporate gathering!

Beautiful place to stay. The restaurants in the hotel are pricey. The ambiance is amazing!!! The staff is amazing. Our room was comfortable but pretty basic. Happy with our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely awesome venue for a cheer competition. The size of this place is unreal, security guards and staff were very helpful in navigating the convention center. Clean and well taken care of. Honestly no negatives at all from this place it was a great time and so much to see and do. Well run and impressive considering the size

This place is amazing and luxurious. It's an incredible resort with amazing views. Definitely worth a stay for a special occasion. I enjoyed my time there. Lots of shops and eateries. Very friendly staff.

We had a great time at Gaylord Resort. We had an atrium view room, and everything was perfect. The room was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely an upscale hotel. We went mid week, at the end of November so although there were a lot of people it was largely those attending one of several conferences going on. The walk from the parking lot to the lobby wasn’t great but we probably could have driven up and checked in before parking and saved some hassle. If you’re staying overnight don’t pay for parking at the kiosk you can do that at the check in desk. Also the two separate elevators is a little confusing so listen carefully to the check in person telling you which one to use. We went down to the Harbor Social and had a lot of fun playing games, also not crowded so we were able to check out a pool table and then table shuffleboard without waiting and it didn’t cost anything to play. We did eat dinner and breakfast offsite, as there are many options within walking distance. The Christmas decorations and the light show were fantastic and we also visited Ice!, which was not crowded at all early on a Thursday. We will definitely be back.

Our time at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center for Imaging USA was truly unforgettable. While the Washington Monument was a bit afar, the stunning views of the harbor from our room made up for it. Unfortunately, the cold weather kept us from fully enjoying the beautiful water. The hotel's upscale atmosphere was evident in every detail, including the slightly pricey dining options. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and we left with lasting memories of our time at this elegant establishment.

We make an annual trip to this magnificent hotel each year during the Christmas season. It’s a tradition for our family. Every year is better than the last! The hotel is beautiful and offers A LOT of amenities. Emanuel treated us like celebrities when we arrived and the grands enjoyed the extra attention very much! He personally took us to our room and ensured everything was in order before leaving us. He also left a wonderful tray of special treats for us! He made our stay so much more enjoyable! Thank you Emanuel! Our room was so beautiful with a Christmas tree and decorations everywhere. We made some precious new memories this year. We are already planning next year’s visit! Love this place!!

It's a big place, full of things to do and places to eat.
The design alone is worth the trip. Full of kids for an event but anyplace with almost 2000 rooms will be.
The "Town" setting outside is full of standard fare, and no crosswalks or lights but a bit wonky.
The guest rooms could use a less elaborate numbering system but like I said with almost 2000 rooms I'm sure it's a task.
Huge pool full of kids, and the hot tub was not working while I was there but was big enough for at least for 15 people.
Best to get away when there are no events (Kids) so you can actually enjoy it. Will be returning. A thumbs up

Overall, the conference center was very nice for a conference. Everything is very close. The property was clean and seemed to be well run. The rooms that face the enclosed atrium were too hot. Even with the heating system turned off, it was still hot in the room. But housekeeping was great. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant and extremely efficient.

Loved this property and location! Upgraded to the Executive Suite, what a treat! Very clean and properly stocked, the suite is very spacious and comfortable. The resort is beautiful with many amenities and options available.

My group and I stayed here for 6 nights for the TAGC conference and I was endlessly impressed by this hotel and its convention center facilities. The rooms are spacious with impressive amenities, the beds were comfortable and clean, with a great view out the large windows. WiFi was fast, housekeeping was friendly and eager to help, and the water stayed consistently hot! I've never been somewhere this nice.

The place to be in waterfront DC. Beautiful hotel. Really nice staff. Sara in the belvedere bar and food and beverage is awesome to work with. Super impressive organization and staff there.

What’s not to love about the Gaylord National? Rooms and amenities are exceptional. Recently enjoyed memorable stay with room upgrade. Breathtaking view. Location is excellent. Wonderful place to stay with caring staff. Fitness center is really impressive.
