Sleep Inn Hanes Mall

This was the first time I ever stayed at this motel. My room was very nice, comfy and clean. The motel was very spacious, bright, and modern; all the staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast area was well stocked, and there was quite a variety of beverages and foods to choose from. Due to the motel being close to the freeway, you can hear the traffic should your room be facing the freeway. I highly recommend this Sleep Inn.

I am a travel nurse and I love this hotel. It is near the hospital I worked and Starbucks and gas station in walking distance along with the mall and every chain restaurant . Even Barnes and noble walking distance . 2 minute access to both highways . Place is quiet and clean - housekeeping checks on rooms daily . Even when I told them I didn’t need housekeeping they still asked . Same staff everyday so it’s nice to see familiar faces . Breakfast is not good but they have fresh fruit ,yogurt , boiled eggs cereal . Everything besides scrambled eggs which is what I prefer . They have waffles bagels and English muffins toasts etc . Mostly smothered biscuits and gravy and sausage .

I have been here for a month and I could not be happier with my stay. The owners are very nice and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfy. I am currently in room 118 and the room is amazing.

I've been using this hotel for over a decade now, and this is a consistently great experience. I've never had any issues when interacting with the front desk staff and the rooms are well set up. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's great for quick trips or even slightly longer ones.

Clean, comfortable, convenient! Great room rate! Love the "minimalist" decor. They have the best travel shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Free breakfast offers something for everyone. Friendly, helpful staff. Thanks!

I had a very good and comfortable stay. I typically not post reviews online rather the the business about my experience. But I felt that I needed to let others know about this hotel as this is kind of hidden from Hanes Mall Blvd. The staff was very friendly. I was greeted every time I passed from the desk. The housekeeping staff speaks little English but they do a pretty good job. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. My wife was happy to see Special K.

Great hotel, awesome service, clean ,comfortable beds . The breakfast was very good waffles ,hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice, Bagels. Biscuits and gravey .good place to I stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family. Great location (walking distance to mall), nice staff, great continental breakfast. The rooms were very nice, soft beds, microwave, fridge, iron & ironing board, as well as blow dryer. Woke up to see snow and it was beautiful. The only thing that needs to be done is to have a snow plow. It was hard getting out of the parking lot, other than that it is an excellent hotel. I truly recommend it.

Very nice hotel especially for the amount of money we paid. The outside might look a little rough but the inside is nice. The beds are not to my liking but if I am not in my bed at home I don't care for it. It is clean and the shower is pretty nice, but I don't care for the pocket door they have between the bathroom and bedroom area. The breakfast is good with a good variety. I would definitely stay here again.

Best bed I've ever slept in

I’ve stayed at other sleep inns, for work and I can honestly appreciate the management here it shows they take pride in their hotel. The rooms are always very well kept up, you never have to worry about bad odors. The staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. I would recommend this hotel I have been coming here for years.

Just finished another fantastic breakfast at the Sleep Inn Hanes Mall. Simply the best free breakfast in town. And the rooms are second to none! I've been staying here as I travel and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. The owners are hands on and greet you with a smiling face every visit. The accommodations here are what other motels wished they were!

Great price.
Location is near lots of shopping/food and just off the interstate.
Beds comfortable.
Inside (including rooms/bathroom) clean.
Staff friendly.
Nothing fancy, but worth what we paid and exceeded my expectations for this hotel chain.

Outside of building has not been updated, but the inside looks like it has been remodeled recently and is very clean. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was very accommodating and comfortable for my stay while I was there for two weeks on business. The staff was very friendly and helpful for anything the I needed during my stay. I would definitely return.
Breakfast was good and there was multiple options to choose from which is always nice.

The staff was great letting us do a late checkout, the room was very clean and had everything we needed for a last minute stay. Would definitely stay again!

I booked this room based on price and reviews and everything was as expected. Check in was 3pm but I arrived earlier than expected and called and was told I could check in at noon. Check in was easy, breezy as well as check out. The room was just like the pictures. Everything was decent and the location was right by the mall so it was a great location. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Sleep Inn.

i greatly love this hotel yes its a non smoking hotel and no they don't have a pool but the rooms are big spacious and clean the beds are a lil small they need to be updated a lil but they are soft ad comfy. the front desk are wonderful. there are minor things that maintenance could go and check but overall I would highly recommend this hotel. cause its nice on inside and out.

yassssss awesome hotel even tho maintenance needs a lil improving but overall i love it. its spacious quiet and non smoking which i love. i also love the bathroom setup love the sliding doors and the walk in shower. so yes i would highly recommend. and give another try.

This hotel was clean and professional. Also, they had a real breakfast available! It's a great place to stay if you need rest and relaxation.
