Professional sales associate and a well maintained and superior organized merchandise. You should send your merchandisers to help BELK figure out what they are doing wrong. Never any assistance at Belk. as what I received at Dillard's. Zero merchandise out of place. You get a 10+!!!

Had to go to a funeral so I needed a suit and the gentleman named Jeff helped me 100%. He spent a lot of time making sure that I was happy and everything fit as it should. You can tell when people care about their job and the end result.

Getting my husband to go shopping is always a trial. He hates malls and dressing rooms and always waits until the very last minute before we leave for an event to look through his closet and state that he has nothing to wear. I then drag him to Dillards and force him into a dressing room while I bring armloads of clothes for him to try on. I usually do this by myself, but to my delight, a young, hip sales representative named Chesney came to my rescue. After listening to my husband go through his long list of likes and dislikes, she went to work. Chesney made numerous trips from the dressing room to the floor, and even to the storage area to bring an assortment of outfit combinations. She was patient and helpful, and my husband left with a complete outfit that he would never have chosen himself. Chesney spent well over an hour with us and then refused my help in hanging up all the clothes my husband had left all over the dressing room. It is rare these days to get any kind of assistance in a department store, and Chesney went above and beyond our expectations. Kudos also to the mens department manager, Chris, who was recruited by Chesney to help with suggestions.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Dillard's. I went to Dillard's on the day before my son's wedding (10/24/22) still looking for a dress to wear to the wedding. I had spent 4 hours the previous day at a direct competitor's searching, collecting, and trying on dresses. Not once in that 4 hour struggle did an associate offer any assistance, or even as much as greet me. I walked into Dillard's and within 10 minutes Ms. Lillet Blake greeted me and offered her assistance. She spent at least 2 hours helping me comb the area for appropriate dresses, assisted me in trying them on, and gave her unbiased opinion as to what looked good on me. I want to say Thank You to Ms. Blake, first of all, and to Dillard's for continuing to value their customer's in a time when customer service and customer appreciation is becoming less and less in retail. Thank You!

Went to the store mostly looking for men's wear. This store is the best department store I have been to in years. Huge selection. Sorry I did not get the name of the suit guy. A real pro who knew his stuff. Rare to find that in service industry anymore. Sorry all the Dilliards in Virginia are on the East coast. We need one here in SWVA.

I had a great experience while shopping for some dress and casual shoes. The female sales associate was the best. She very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Would definitely go back and purchase items from her.

I've never been to this store/ mall before and I was on a mission to check out a new handbag I'd seen online and had a 10% coupon for. I had no intentions of buying anything.
By sheer luck I parked at the right entrance at Dillard's and within seconds the bag I was interested in was within sight, it was everything I expected and I would be happy to buy it online. But..... the salesperson quickly informed me that it and all regularly priced bags were 25% off! SOLD! To make a long story short, after a while, and two more trips back to that department that day, I ended up finding a bag that I wanted more and returning the first one and buying the second ... but she was always helpful and patient even though I was most definitely THAT customer.

I got a gorgeous prom dress that I'm so happy with! As a plus size teenager, prom has always made me worry because a lot of dresses show the arms. I'm sort of insecure about mine but I actually felt beautiful in this dress and the fabric is mesmerizing 👉👈

The men working in this local are phenomenal. My husband and I went to the mall looking for a suit. We spent 5 minutes in JCPenny and left due to the attitude of the employees. We went to Dillard’s and within a minute of walking in a gentleman helped us find where we needed to be. He then connected us with Chad who spent an hour helping my husband with the right color, size and fit suit. We left with exactly what we needed and in a better mood than we’d arrived thanks to their outstanding customer service. I can’t recommend them enough!
