It brings back memories of shopping for books in person. It's like this huge library with a coffee shop. They have sections nicely separated. They even have some accessories, games, toys, candles, and gift items.
They have an online platform too. Book reviews, best sellers, etc. They have membership and various perks and gift cards too. Various academic books are best. The kid section is Wonderful. Activities books and Kumon workbooks collection are also fine. They SAT preparation books and other competitive exam books.
It's the best place to visit with your reading buddies. The way to get lost in the world of books.
They have story time for kids on weekdays. Many book offers like BOGO offers, 50% off.

My husband & myself visited there this past week. The smell of the coffee, the atmosphere everything in general was amazing. What a great place to just let go and get in the vibe!

There isn't enough time in a day to see all the glory of Barnes & Noble. I love how it feels like home, no matter how long it is for the next visit. It always feels so welcoming. Just sit down, grab a book, and sip on some good coffee ☕, dive into a different world that helps you leave your worries or stress at the door.

Nice selection of both toys and children's books . ( I was here due to my 7 yr old son)
I only have one suggestion, and that is if they can sell textbooks ( not workbooks) for school-age children that are home schooled. And this goes for all Barnes and Nobles

The store was clean and organized.
The staff allowed shoppers to roam freely to find products on their own.
The cashier was friendly also.

I've always loved this B&N, so I'm a bit biased, but I think the recent renovations have really made a difference! They removed the CD/DVD section that took up a big chunk of floor plan and replaced it with a BEAUTIFUL selection of notebooks, bags and gifts for book lovers. There is such a great variety! The store is MUCH more open and spacious. I also appreciate how many LGBTQ+ themed displays that were placed around the store. It's so welcoming to be visible and included in book stores! This is easily the best B&N location in North Carolina.

Staff was knowledgeable and eager to help when needed. If you are craving that bookstore time, go here! Prices are a bit pricey. But that's what you get with bookstores :) such a good variety of things there also. Not just books, but little gifts, wrapping paper, games etc

Very well stocked and knowledgeable staff. The staff member I interacted with was very quick to look up why I couldn't find the book I wanted, and offered to order it if I wanted too. I'm very happy to see Barnes & Noble in business here in the Triad and I will come back again.

It's a great atmosphere if you just wanted to just tuck into a side chair and get into a good book or something like that and then they have a Starbucks there and they have great coffee and little cakes and sandwiches if you're hungry and anything.

I like it so much more since the remodel. It feels bigger, the displays look great, and you just want to wander for hours looking at everything.

Went with my work family for our Christmas Party Outing. The boss bought each of us a book of our choice! I love my job! Always love walking around this place! Now I get to spend my evenings getting to know Dave Grohl!

I absolutely love shopping at this location. The staff is friendly, there is a massive selection of all genres. It’s always fun to grab a coffee & browse. I can’t say enough good things about this location. So much fun!

Wow! Haven’t been in a book store in a while, what a nice atmosphere to just hang out have a coffee and read. I like the coffee shop being in the center of the store.

This isn’t the biggest Barnes & Nobles I’ve been to but it was spectacular. Great layout and an entire area for stationery, not a lot of locations have that. Not a lot of visitors so it made for a wonderful visit!

Looking for children books easy since all are in same section of store with chairs to sit on. Also like that they will order books for you if they aren't in store

I love this store. Walking around all the books and grabbing a coffee is always good for my soul! And I love how excited my kids get in the children's section. It gets them so pumped for a new book!

It's been awhile since I have shopped at this great store in Winston Salem! Met an incredible woman Anne who helped me to find multiple books and have a great conversation. The choices are endless. Yes some will say local is best, and I do, but today I needed that larger selection and it certainly didn't disappoint.

Great place for books, coffee, and all sorts of hobbies (Legos and puzzles for me)!

My son (only like 5 months at the time) lost his little squishmellow in there as I was buying books I didn't realize til I got home 1hr away
I called the next day and the found it and saved it for him. He and I was so thankful.

I came in to get a copy of my favorite book the service was fast and friendly, and the price was reasonable, and they were able to search and locate it in less than two minutes.

Just had such a pleasant interaction with the clerk, Gary. It was later at night so he was restocking the front while no one was in line and immediately noticed that I was ready to check out and we talked about one of the books I was getting. Wonderful customer service!
