DICK'S Sporting Goods

2 days before Christmas 🎄 and it was pretty crowded. The checkout line was half way around the store but it moved decently fast. There were workers managing the line and helping to speed up progress and maintain order which was really nice and on top of that they were all very friendly today. So in spite of the crowds it wasn't too bad for someone who hates shopping in stores at Christmas time.

Had an awesome shopping experience with Dick’s Sporting Goods! The staff was friendly, willing to help answer questions, and very helpful in assisting me navigate the store to find what I was there for. Big Shout Out to the manager Alec as well! Alec was super accommodating and handled my questions with the utmost care!

This place has everything you can think of! If you go, you better set aside a few hours because that's how long you will be in there. Even if you go looking for just 1 or 2 things, you will find soooo many other things to buy! The employees were very helpful & patient, overall great customer service, very clean store & calm atmosphere!

Best place to go if you really want to be a fancy sportsman. Little pricey but good brand only.

Rod in the golf area was very knowledgeable and willing to assist me while trying to figure out what set of irons that fit my swing. Would definitely be back in the future.

I went to Golf Galaxy and they were not friendly nor did they want to assist me.

This was an awesome store. I went in to grab a couple things before a soccer game and was pleasantly surprised.

The store is huge, and has an incredible inventory. They carry a ton of items most Dick’s Sporting Goods doesn’t just because of the size of the store. It laid out like most of its kind, and easy to navigate.

The staff were polite and friendly, though I don’t recall seeing too many of them. When I was in there literally everything was on sale —and it wasn’t going out of business. The prices were fantastic.

The store can’t be seen from the street and is buried in a corner of the plaza. It can be a pain to get in and out and traffic in the area can be busy —don’t go they’re with the expectation of a quick pickup. Overall great spot, though.

Stopped off to check out their hiking boot selection while on a road trip. They had a great selection. Clean store. I was asked if I'd like help with anything. Cashier was knowledgeable and friendly as well. Whole experience made it sting less on what I spent on the hiking boots 😂 The hiking boots themselves have held up great and I am pleased with them and would purchase again.

Shopped here yesterday, the customer service was fantastic!! Thanks John in Team Sports for your kind assistance. CJ and Rachel you guys went above and beyond helping me get shoes for my kids. Nice to shop and actually get help

Was in search of a GT Women’s mtn bike and visited multiple stores in the Charlotte area (many of the associates were short, lacked information, and didn’t seem to go the extra mile to help me). Then I called the Winston store- Jacob Pennington was great! He took the time to understand the product I was looking for and get everything set up for me. Excellent management! Great job, and thanks again for helping me in my search!

The person at the front door, her name is April, is very nice and very helpful, with what she helped me with. The Store has everything you want in any kind of sports and clothing too. Great place to shop or just to look around to see if there is anything you need. Friendly people too.

Dan provided excellent customer service! Went to store looking for items shown in stock on line. When unable to locate them, even with the assistance of store associates, he searched for the items and found them. Great shopping experience!

Good selection of items and variety in stock. Found more one piece swimsuit options here than Academy. Also, they sell Speedo and TYR brands

Great all around sporting goods store. I have always been helped and offered help on s very timely manner. They have in my experience always had knowledgeable and intelligent workers. I recommend to all who seek sporting goods.

Kedric helped us find soccer cleats and he was very patient and nice. It took several attempts to find a pair that fit but he was pleasant the whole time! Compliments to this young man! Thank you!

Love this place. We get almost everything from here for my niece when she plays softball. The only thing I wish they had was a expert there on softball or baseball bats. Because it when it cames to buying on of them they are high dollar and can change there whole hitting game.

Store is always so clean and organized. I never have a problem finding an employee for help and they have great inventory!

the employees here are always courteous and friendly. we don't shop here often but when we do it's a vastly better experience than other sporting goods stores in the area.

I called 5 minutes before the store opened and an associate was kind enough to go and get knee pads for me and bring them up to the front because because I needed them for my daughter's volleyball game.
