The employees at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay go as planned. I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone was. Check-in and check-out was easy. The suite was large and clean. A/C was super cold and we had no issues with hot water. I was also really impressed with how comfortable the bed was. We didn't go swimming but this location does have a pool and it is currently open. This location is near a major shopping area so it is easy to find. If I am back in the area, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

After staying at the terrible Hampton Inn in Bermuda Run we were happy to leave there and come here! This place is super clean, excellent location & the staff is TOP NOTCH. Our room is clean and spacious for our family and we love how it has a full kitchen area minus stove. The fridge is almost full size too.

Nice hotel for family or even business trip. Cleanliness is good, just across some fast food and fine dining restaurants.
For bfast you can add with more vatious fresh fruits.

The hotel staff and manager were phenomenal about helping us adjust our reservation as we had messed up when booking. Jasmine Cordray and Trisha Martinez went out of their way to help me and my team have a place to stay!!!

A really nice extended stay hotel! All the staff we came across were very nice. The folks running breakfast were fun and helpful. We’ll be back next week for his job and I’m excited, to be honest. It feels like a little vacation away from home. Even though we only live about 2 hours away haha thanks for having us!

Great location but especially a great place to be welcomed with a smile to have a clean room and to feel safe and secure. Most hospitable hotel in Winston-Salem! Breakfast staff makes you feel like you're at home. And they offer a varied breakfast selection. Love that homemade oatmeal!! The house cleaning staff make you feel welcomed. This is the best hospitality since we've been visiting our family in Winston-Salem area. So impressed with the cleanliness, especially after the end of the pandemic. But as the commercials explain ,"the pandemic is over. But covid is still here!" So cleanliness and hand sanitizing stations are still necessary especially as we enter the flu season. And all of this was available at this property. Clean inside. Clean outside in the parking area at the pool area which is indoor and heated and so inviting in the middle of fall. It is beautifully landscaped and would recommended highly for a family to stay. So much is right near it in the area. The target, the Costco, the Longhorn restaurant all right there in walking distance. If you enjoy a fall walk with beautiful colors, lighting your path. Thanks so much to everyone there for making our stay so wonderful!

Stayed for 1 night with my husband and 3 kids. The place was amazing! The rooms were very roomy and CLEAN, continental breakfast was delicious, and the overall service was impeccable. Haven’t had this good of service in a long time and it’s nice to see there are still people who enjoy their jobs! The gentleman handling the breakfast bar (Jeffrey I believe) was such a joy! His positive attitude had me smiling before I even got my cup of coffee. And the gentleman that checked us in was just as welcoming and hospitable! We will be back for sure.

I stopped here for one night after having some issues at another hotel. The hotel seemed either new or had been recently renovated. My room was clean, and I appreciated having the full size refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, like all Hilton properties. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good, but was pretty limited compared to some hotels. I'd stay again if I'm back in the area for work.

Stayed here after watching the Super Bowl at B-Dubs next door will definitely be back. Clean rooms and friendly staff!!

So far, it's a great place to stay. Staff go out of the way, and you have stores nearby, so stop in.

This place is AMAZING! We are currently staying here for 5 nights and I am so impressed with the hotel and its staff! It seems to be a newer hotel and it’s very clean. Every single staff member we have encountered has been so pleasant and helpful and nice! They really know about customer service! We are Hilton Diamond members and have stayed at a lot of hotels and these guys are tops! Highly recommend!!!

Updated review after staying recently....
We recently stayed again after having such a fantastic stay the first time. If I'm being honest it was fine, but not the high level of over the top courteous service we received the first visit. Don't get me wrong, they were fine, but the first time was such a different experience. It was different employees when we were there (except for the breakfast guy, he was the same and is as nice as they come) and they just weren't to the level of what we experienced the first time. I would stay again though:)

This hotel was great. First everyone at the front desk were super friendly. The room has a couch, compact refrigerator, microwave and dish washer. They provide silverware and dishes also. A shopping center is across the street with places like (target and kohl's) and the mall is down the street. Close to alot of fast food and eat in restaurants. But most of all, they are pet friendly. My puppy had enough space to run back and forth.

I wanted to thank the sales manager for their willingness to help my family find the right rooms for a longer stay during a family emergency. I spoke to another hotel down the road and they had no desire to help us with our unique needs. Thank you!!

The service is impeccable! My family had an unforeseen event at our home which resulted in us having to stay at this hotel for a few days. The staff genuinely care for the guests and are very accommodating and helpful. The room was CLEAN, spacious enough for our family, large refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and utensils included, microwave, toaster, etc. The variety offered at breakfast (free) ensures there is something for everyone! My family felt very safe and comfortable here. The indoor pool is clean and updated although a tad too cold. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you to the amazing front desk and housekeeping staff for making a terrible situation for my family better by just being kind! :)

This place is amazing! The staff is always welcoming and ready to help in any way possible! The hotel is very clean & accommodating. Every morning Jefferey is downstairs waiting to spark up a conversation with you & get your morning started off the right way with their delicious Belgian Waffles!! LOL The managers & staff are all amazing & I'm so happy we got to spend this stressful time (while our house is being repaired) with such a great team! 10/10 recommend!!

My first time ever in Winston Salem😍!! We couldn't have chosen a better spot!!😍 Everthing was right across from us if we needed it. Then the hotel itself was so amazing also😃 they have fresh hot and delicious breakfast!! Beautiful area to sit and enjoy it...a grilling area to fix whatever you like...a pool...I loved it!! The customer service was excellent!!! I shall be returning!! I highly recommend this location ❤ ❤

I stayed at this location four times in the last year and I can not say enough good things about the wonderful people and their demeanor!! They have done everything I have asked for to accommodate my needs and should be commended for their efforts. The Breakfast staff go the extra mile to provide hot food and a perfectly CLEAN environment to eat breakfast. Thank you all for making our stay a pleasurable one.

My stay was great! I was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and super clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The purpose of my visit was to attend High Point Market trade show, so I greatly appreciated the shuttle service back and from the event. The only thing I wasn't aware of was that the hotel was about 45 minutes away which was a little too long for me! Overall excellent stay, thank you.

Room was very clean and super spacious. There are 5 of us so the extra room is always awesome. The hotel staff were amazing. The friendliest I have seen at a hotel in a long time. The breakfast was phenomenal. There was a great variety and something for everyone. If we are ever in that area again needing a room, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you
