Courtyard by Marriott Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

My son and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay there, clean hotel, free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, room had a closet for our clothes along with hangers, full body length mirror, very spacious, we had a room with a balcony which was awesome!! The service was freaking amazing everyone was so sweet, welcoming and if I had any trouble with anything at all they fixed it immediately, we will definitely be going back. BTW, if you stay there do yourself a favor and eat at the restaurant inside the hotel, the food is spectacular especially the cinnamon French toast that has strawberries on top, OMG!!!!

Went here for a meeting in one of their spaces. Was spacious. It had been raining. Luckily I had a jacket because we were seating by an air vent and it was cold. The hotel appeared clean. Looked like the Bistro was a nice place to grab a bite. I can't say anything about the rooms or service at this time.

I arrived much earlier than normal check in, and just asked if there was an open spot at the business center I could use until my room was ready. The gentleman at the front desk said not to worry, and got me into a room early. Happy to come back again on my travels!

We stayed her in February 2024. The Front Desk Staff was absolutely AMAZING! A HUGE thank you to Leslie, Rezchal and Jackie! You made our stay extra special, and we sincerely appreciated it!

Great. The late night front desk lady was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. Nice area too. Just no breakfast sadly but there is a cafe with good stuff for purchase

I loved the bistro...fun and the Reubens sandwich. Bar tender was very nice!

Well maintained property, both in the room and in public spaces…staff are friendly and helpful…exterior of the property is well lighted at night

Paris, the breakfast attendant, was AMAZING!! I went once with a couple of children @ 8:30am and again at 9:45 with another child. Both times everything was well stocked, hot & fresh, clean, and Paris had a smile on her face. The earlier time was very busy and Paris was helping children with making waffles and keeping the line moving. Thank you París for making our morning enjoyable.

Great rates for a very nice hotel. They were doing construction, so the outside was still messy but I don't care. The staff was wonderful, they have a nice little bistro inside with Starbucks coffee. A great market with soda, beers, and snacks. The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend.

Samantha was super helpful and kind. The pool area was perfect to relax and have lunch by on Sunday and the gym had weights which is so appreciated!

I'm never disappointed at Courtyard. Marriott definitely nailed it with this chain of hotels and the Hanes Mall Courtyard is no exception. Staff, wonderful. Hotel, clean. Rooms, nicely appointed, clean, well maintained. Location, close to shopping, restaurants, spas, banks, and the highway!! You can't ask for anything more!

I was here on business and only needed 3 night. On the last day I lost my car keys. They help me look everywhere for them. They finally found them for me in the bistro. They saved me just over $1400!! The staff also wished me luck on my interview and sincerely congratulated when I got the job. By staff, I mean everyone from the front desk, house keeping and maintenence!! If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would!!

Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. We were here visiting family in the hospital and the staff went above expectations to make us feel comfortable. Teresa was very accommodating at the front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice bar/bistro area in the lobby and a small convenience store at the front desk. Overall, my recent stay at this hotel was better than expected!

Nice location right off interstate. Easy check in/out . Nice staff.

The staff were very friendly and customer service oriented. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We came out for a funeral and had 6 rooms total and only one had an issue with their TV but the staff immediately took care of the issue.

The hotel was beautiful. Everything was lovely except the bed was very hard and there was a lump in the middle. I couldn't sleep across the bed I had to sleep on one side of the other because of the lump

We spent 2 night at this wonderful hotel helping with a baby shower for my niece. The shower was held at the hotel in their spacious banquet room. Out of town guests where able to stay there in comfortable rooms and beds. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Children enjoyed the pool. Parents enjoyed the Starbucks Coffee and the convenience of evening wine or other adult beverages. Plus the location, location, location, was convenient to everything.

Very clean and comfy beds, best sleep ever. Nice hotel. Starbucks bistro was good too. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful, helped get us the best connecting rooms since we were traveling with teenagers. I would absolutely stay here again. Really quiet area, beautiful. One of the best hotels to stay in near Hanes Mall boulevard. Despite its proximity to interstate 40, the rooms are very quiet, clean, spacious, and surprisingly comfortable. The staff are heads and shoulders above nearby chains. I love their 🍳🥞 breakfast and dining area. I spent years using their conference rooms to do corporate training in, and the amenities are top-notch. They also have a 🏋 fitness center, 🏊 pool, and more. They also have ♿ handicap accessible room s, parking, and access.

Well I showed up in socks and no face mask, fresh off of work. Patricia made sure to correct that and it got me having a Lil tude. After i came back in, I thought we'd be arguing but she was patient and understanding. She was more than helpful with any issues I had(authorization bank debit, locations, room questions.... and on and on). Sweet lady with an awesome personality. Awesome hotel and VERY clean. Got it for $71 a night! 😲😲😲
