Dominque was a fantastic professional! Wide knowledge of all products and worked with my wife and I in finding a couch and oversized chair that fit our unique styles and comfort needs. Very great furniture shopping experience.

My husband and I were looking for a new sofa. Gage Davis was our salesman. He introduced himself but then let us wander without hovering which we really appreciated. We found a sofa we liked and he was incredibly knowledgable in answering our many questions, not only about the sofa, but also about Ashley’s policies. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was very personable as well. Gage was called away so Dominique stepped in. She was also incredible in helping us. She was extremely knowledgeable about my concerns about the sofa working with our other furniture. She clearly has an interior decorator’s eye! I don’t and so she was great in helping me with all my questions. She also listened to our preferences and showed us tables that we really liked. And she explained all the policies that Ashley Furniture has in place to really protect the customer.
All round it was a great experience. I strongly recommend this store based on our experience with Dominique and Gage! And also our high quality sofa at an extremely good price!

Gage Davis was amazing! I told him I was looking for a sectional or a sofa chase that would be comfy and fit well in my small apartment. He took me straight to a sofa chase that was just the right color and size as well as comfy. I bought it that day. You need more people like him!

I had the best experience at Ashley Furniture Store in Winston Salem, NC. I purchased an entire living room suit including an accent chair and rug along with a complete dining room set. I even bought some accent pieces that were a very good marked down price. I had an excellent sales team working with me that included finance and tech. I would recommend this store, the salesperson (Jan Scott), finance (Dominique) and if needed, the technical support guy (John) to anybody looking for good furniture at a nice price point.

Sandra our salesperson was awesome. She helped us with getting quotes on different sets until my wife got the one she loved. Very professional, kind and patient with us. I’d recommend her to everyone. Had a great purchase experience without high pressure sales.

The associate Jordan at Winston Salem Ashley Home Store went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible for my Havalance bedroom collection. I would highly recommend Ashley Home Store to anyone. The delivery went smoothly and quickly! My only complaint with the delivery process is the 2 gentlemen didn’t clean up the tiny styrofoam pieces from unboxing the furniture. Otherwise everything went perfect.

Cherelle is a true professional and excellent saleswoman. I was searching for Living Room furniture and she assisted me in pulling together a perfect arrangement. When I visited an Ashley store, the sales staff was very friendly and helpful as I selected my purchase. The sales floor was well organized and made it easier to view the furniture. The recliner that I purchased was delivered in a timely manner. Time and date of delivery were communicated by text and phone, and the deliverymen were professional and careful. I'm very pleased with my new recliner - very comfortable and looks great!

Milan is the best consultant I have had the pleasure of meeting at any furniture store I’ve ever been to. He was so helpful and polite from the very beginning.
