I have found realtors to be pushy, trying to think for me. John truly LISTENS so he knows what you want and need. Yes, at times, I want a realtor to be a "coach" and offer advice but on the whole, I want a "teammate" who will jump in the trenches and help me buy or sell my property. John is that guy. He just gets it.
