Lynn & Roy we’re so amazing to work with! My husband went down to Reese and explained to them what we needed for our pulling tractors. They ordered us a trailer from the factory and had the 3rd ramp added because our tractors are both tri cycles. In a week our trailer was here and the next day we picked it up! The title work was quick and easy not like normal title work at other places. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

I had a trailer serviced recently by Reese Trailers. I had arranged to pick it up after hours but when I arrived they had forgotten to put it outside the gate. When I called the next day to express my frustration they immediately apologized and offered to refund my entire amount paid (over $900!). Rarely do you see such honesty and integrity to make a right an error made by a business these days. They were very honest and did an outstanding job repairing my trailer. Regarding the refund, I told him to just reduce the charge by $100 ,which they did, and repeatedly apologized again for their mistake. I doubt you will find a more honest and competent business to service your trailer repair.needs. Reese Trailers Is top-notch business.

Was in town for the weekend and needed to get a hitch installed. Called Reese for an estimate. The lady I spoke to was very nice and pleasant. They didn't have my hitch I'm stock, buy they could have it in stock but could have it the next day. Arrived on time they got it done, although they had some issues with the wiring they got it done. Lynn that works there was a joy to talk to. Shared some life experiences he's Army I'm Navy. Folks keep providing that awesome service.

Unbelievable Service

This is the one of the best businesses I have patronized. Lynn, the owner showed me around and explained what his company provides. Since I was there for a service job to my motorcycle trailer, I was impressed with the time he took with me. He looked over my job request and he gave me an estimate and timeframe for completion. As it turned out he finished it himself the next day, way ahead of scheduled time. His estimate was exactly what it cost, which impressed me too!

Good honest group of people at this trailer sales. I would highly recommend them for future trailer sales and service.

Went to get a brake control installed on my car and needed it to get done quickly. They were able to help me out the same day. They had some trouble with it due to how my car was wired but they kept working at it until they had everything running smoothly and kept me updated along the way. I would 100% come back for help in the future.

Extremely good prices for amazing work and they do it really fast. And they actually know what they’re talking about and you’re able to drop things off and leave them there and not have to be on a waiting list and have to bring it back.

Replacing 2 sets of leaf springs on a homemade little box trailer ( 4X8). One leaf damaged by ginormous pothole at intersection in nowhere Pennsylvania.

We use them often to repair and replace lights and brake controllers on our wreckers, they are fast, efficient and easy to deal with!

I drove an hour up the mountain because of the reviews about the high quality customer service Gary and his crew provide. It was well worth it. They had my car in the bay the moment I arrived, immediately began installing the hitch, (which looked very well made) and then helped me hitch up to our camper trailer and made sure everything was loaded correctly and took the time to explain all the new gadgets, (electric brakes). And they did all this at a very reasonable cost. This is the place to go to get a row hitch installed for sure. Thank you Reese trailer sales.

Friendly, excellent service, at a reasonable cost. Reese replaced my camper wheels and brakes in 2015. They installed top of the line parts, adjusted the brakes, and invited me to return anytime for fine tuning or any problems at no extra cost. They found other problems with my camper electric brake wiring and fixed it at no cost. This appears to be a family owned and operated business that knows the value of customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them. I will certainly return for future needs.

What a great company! He was busy today but apologized and was right with us when he was available. However to take the time out to even let us know was top notch in my book. He had high quality trailers in comparison to what I have seen other places. Stands behind the company that he purchases from and shows exceptional customer service when we were inside while he helped others. That is what sold me on a dump trailer for my business!

Great place to buy a trailer. I bought a 5x10 utility trailer and it is very well built. Much heavier built than any you buy at a big box store and not much more expensive. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is true and these guys give you an amazing product at a competitive price. Plus they can service my trailer too if anything goes wrong. Highly recommended.

Such a great group of people. They got my trailer and truck wiring all straightened out and working (It was a disaster). Very affordable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I will be going to them for all of my trailer repairs in the future. Highly recommend them!

We communicated by email and set up an appointment to get a hitch installed on my van. I found the staff friendly, the price fair, and the quality of work excellent!
